you purchase the products, gift certificates, or packages from the establishment
that operated in this building before September 1st, 2021, please be informed
that they are permanently closed.



If you have any questions, please contact "Sitthichok Tanphoon" (818-987-3609,
818-385-1189, 323-465-2833, 323-646-9988). In case you already called
818-987-3609, 818-385-1189, 323-465-2833, 323-646-9988, but they refused to
help, since they are the company that you bought these gift certificates from,
you have the right to take the issue to a small claims court and pursue legal
action if it meets the minimum and maximum money thresholds even though their
establishment is permanently closed.



You may prepare your case, file a complaint, and then a judge will hear the case
and provide a final ruling based on the evidence you present. The cases and
resolutions tend to be quick, and both sides must obey the judge's decision.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

All sales are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gift Card, Gift Certificate, and voucher purchases are non-refundable and not
redeemable for Cash.

Gift Card, Gift Certificate, and voucher EXPIRES 6 months from the date of
purchase.

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to
ensure a full session.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your
appointment.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW will be charged full price for the scheduled
service. No refund. No exceptions.

For vouchers and Gift Certificates, SAME DAY RESCHEDULING FEE is $30 per person
for a 60 minutes session and $40 per person for a 90 minutes session. For NO
SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION, your gift certificate/voucher will be
automatically redeemed. No refund. No exception.







Sexual Harassment Policy

Massage is strictly non-sexual, and Sparadise Hollywood has a zero tolerance
policy for sexual harassment of any kind, including but not limited to
solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should
you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately
terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment (NO REFUND, NO
EXCEPTIONS), and you will be banned from booking further appointments.
Authorities will be contacted for severe offenses.
