warranty challenge as set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS REM AGENCIJA D.O.O.
1. Article
General provisions
1. General terms and conditions and business instructions are an integral part
of the contract or. tickets / vouchers concluded by REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. and
the passenger. A passenger is any person who has made a valid reservation or
purchase and paid for the REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. service and is subject to
these general terms and conditions and instructions.
2. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is the intermediary between the passenger and the
provider of the product or service and as such is responsible for providing
the passenger with all the necessary information he needs for his trip. REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. is not responsible for individual conditions dictated by
providers of products or services.
3. The passenger can obtain information about products and services provided by
REM AGENCIJA d.o.o., in person at the branch, via e-mail, telephone calls
and via the website. Each product dictates its own conditions and its own
method of booking, which the passenger is considered to be aware of at the
time of booking.
4. The passenger may contact REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. for an explanation of all
documents not available in Slovene in the manner specified in the previous
paragraph, otherwise it is assumed that he is familiar with the conditions
and content of the said documents.
Article 2
Prices
1. The prices of the products listed on the websites and advertising material
are of an informative nature. Passengers receive the exact prices of
individual products at the branch, by phone or e-mail. All the prices that
the passenger receives in the form of an offer in the mentioned ways are
already with all the included fees and surcharges; unless otherwise
specified by the nature of the service or product. The pro forma invoice /
offer is valid only for payments within working hours on the same day of
issuing the pro forma invoice; the pro forma invoice the next day, unless
otherwise agreed, is no longer valid.
Article 3
Reservations
1. At the time of booking, the passenger is obliged to provide all the
information as published in valid travel documents, submit the documents
required by the product and pay the cost of the reservation, if required by
the individual product. The conditions of the reservation depend on the
conditions dictated by the individual product; these conditions are
communicated to the passenger, who decides on the basis of the information
obtained. In case the passenger does not provide the correct information at
the time of booking, he is responsible for all costs or. consequences of
incorrect data.
2. Some providers offer on-demand reservations. If such an offer is made, the
passenger is informed about the conditions of such a reservation of an
individual provider and is obliged to follow them if he accepts their offer.
4. Article
Payments
1. The day of payment is considered to be the day when the passenger makes the
payment in the branch office of REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. or the company REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. receives the payment on its transaction account; the payment
must be visible on the transaction account of the company REM AGENCIJA
d.o.o. within the working hours. The passenger can pay by means of payment
in accordance with the terms of non-cash operations of financial
institutions, in case of non-cash payment of credit card, maestro, BA, and
others, product or service REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. In case of refund REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. can not pay cash however, the passenger may request a credit
if he is entitled to it.
5. Article
Changes and cancellations
1. The passenger may request changes in the product or service (eg change of
name, number of passengers, date, destination…), but within the conditions
dictated by the product or service. To make a change, the passenger must pay
the costs as set out in the terms and conditions of the product or service
provider and of which the passenger was informed in advance; provided that
the product or service allows for the desired changes, of which the
passenger has been informed in writing or orally.
2. The passenger may cancel the product or service in writing at any time, but
at the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee will take effect under the
terms of the individual product or service. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. and the
passenger are obliged to respect the applicable conditions as dictated by
the provider of the product or service. If the conditions of the product or
service allow the passenger to partially refund the purchase price upon
cancellation, then the passenger is obliged to submit all documents required
by the provider of the product or service.
3. If the passenger anticipates at the time of booking that he or she may not
take part in the trip due to certain circumstances that may occur with him
or his immediate family, he or she may take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation insurance is valid in the event of official summonses,
unexpected deterioration of health or death in the immediate family such as
spouse, parents, children and can only be claimed upon presentation of the
appropriate certificate. Upon concluding the cancellation risk insurance,
the passenger accepts the general terms and conditions of the insurance
company. If the passenger does not start the trip on the day set as the
start of the trip and does not cancel the trip before the start in
accordance with the conditions, he is not entitled to claim a refund on the
basis of cancellation insurance. It is also considered that the passenger
did not start the trip or withdrew from the contract,where the passenger is
not accepted for carriage by an air carrier, ship, bus or the like for any
reason which may be of a safety or regulatory nature, whether this occurred
during the journey or at the beginning of the journey. In such a case, the
passenger is responsible for all damage caused and cannot claim any refunds
on the basis of the cancellation insurance.
1. A claim for cancellation insurance cannot be claimed after the date of the
start of the trip, nor for the time of the unused part of the trip, as a
partial cancellation.
6. Article
Complaints and appeals
1. The passenger can file a complaint in writing within the legally prescribed
period. Without a written complaint, REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. does not process
requests for price reductions, as well as compensation and other claims. The
passenger should send a written complaint to the following address: REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. Parmova 53, 1000 Ljubljana.
2. The complaint must be signed and submitted by each passenger in his own name
or in writing by a third party. The authorization must be attached to the
complaint, otherwise REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. will not deal with such a
complaint. The complaint must be substantiated. The passenger should
therefore attach to the complaint the relevant evidence and / or the
relevant certificate of the hotelier, carrier or. other relevant persons on
the factual situation on the basis of which the passenger is asserting his
claim. In the case of a complaint about the product or service of an
individual provider, REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. mediates on behalf of the passenger
with the provider and represents the passenger's interests in resolving
individual complaints, as well as provides the provider's responses to the
complaint. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for the
implementation of the product or service of providers over which it has no
control.
7. Article
Travel documents
1. A traveler traveling abroad must have a valid document (ie a passport or
other valid relevant document, which must be valid for at least six months
after returning to the country) with which he can enter a particular
country. In the event that the country to which he travels conditions entry
into his territory with a certain period of validity of the travel document
before the expiry of the day of entry, the passenger is obliged to observe
these provisions and follow the requirements of that country. REM AGENCIJA
d.o.o. is not responsible for any inconveniences or forced interruptions of
travel under this title.
2. It is also the duty of the traveler to obtain visas for the countries to
which he is traveling before traveling if that country requires entry visas
to enter its territory and to carry out the vaccinations required for those
countries. In case of refusal of entry into the country due to unorganized
documents or other obstacles, all costs are borne by the passenger himself.
1. When booking individual products, the passenger provides information that
must fully match the information in official documents such as passport and
identity card; the passenger is obliged to carry them with him in accordance
with the regulations on crossing the state border and relevant foreign
legislative acts. In the event that incorrect information causes a delay,
additional costs or interruption of the trip, only the passenger is
responsible for all costs incurred by the participants in the trip.
2. If the passenger loses documents during the trip or they are stolen, but
they are urgently needed to continue the trip or to return home, the
passenger obtains new ones at his own expense. In the event that the
passenger has to interrupt the trip due to loss or theft of documents, he is
not entitled to any reimbursement.
8. Article
Notices before departure
1. Passengers do not receive special travel notifications from REM AGENCIJA
d.o.o., except in previously agreed cases. Damage caused by the passenger
giving an incomplete or incorrect address for the purpose of completing the
referral / voucher or contract shall be borne by the passenger.
9. Article
Health regulations
1. According to the regulations of the World Health Organization, a traveler is
obliged to be vaccinated and obtain an appropriate document when traveling
to certain countries. Each passenger is obliged to check the health
regulations of the countries to which he travels and follow them. REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. is not responsible for any complications or interruption /

Airplane tickets
1. If the contract is an air ticket, then the general conditions as set out by
the International Association of Carriers IATA apply. Each air ticket is
subject to its own conditions, which are determined by the carrier and which
the passenger is aware of before or at the time of purchase by REM AGENCIJA
d.o.o. The passenger and REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. are obliged to follow the
conditions determined by the airline. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is the
intermediary between the passenger and the airline and as such is
responsible for providing the passenger with all the necessary information
that the passenger needs. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is not responsible for
individual conditions dictated by the airline.
2. The prices of airline tickets listed on the websites and advertising
material are of an informative nature. Exact prices are given to the
passenger at the branch, by phone or e-mail. All prices that the passenger
receives in the form of an offer in the mentioned ways are already with all
included fees and surcharges. The pro forma invoice / offer is valid only
for payments within working hours on the same day of issuing the pro forma
invoice; the pro forma invoice the next day, unless this has been
specifically emphasized, is no longer valid. Airline ticket prices may
change daily due to changes in the exchange rate and the amount of fees, of

passenger is informed of the conditions of such a reservation and is obliged
to follow them if he accepts their offer.
4. The day of payment is considered to be the day when the passenger makes the
payment in the branch office of REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. or the company REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. receives the payment on its transaction account; the payment
must be visible on the transaction account of the company REM AGENCIJA
d.o.o. within the working hours. The passenger can pay by means of payment
in accordance with the terms of non-cash operations of financial
institutions, in case of non-cash payment of credit card, maestro, BA, and
others, product or service REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. In case of refund REM
AGENCIJA d.o.o. can not pay cash however, the passenger may request a credit
if he is entitled to it.
5. The airline reserves the right to change the day and time of departure or.
until the cancellation of the trip due to a change in the flight schedule or
force majeure and the right to change the direction of the trip if the
travel conditions change, the new timetable, the precarious situation in the
country and the resulting cancellations, natural disasters or other
unforeseen causes AGENCIJA d.o.o. cannot influence, without special
compensation and according to the valid regulations in passenger traffic.
6. In the event that the airline cancels the flight, the passenger is entitled
to a full refund of the price paid. In the event of a flight being canceled,

required to enter the country to which he is to travel or of the vaccination
costs required by that country. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is not responsible for
aircraft delays as well as for changes in the passenger's travel that would
occur as a result of such delays.
11. Article
Changes and cancellations of airline tickets
1. The passenger may request changes in the trip (eg change of name, number of
passengers, date, destination…), but within the conditions dictated by the
airline for the selected airline ticket. To make the change, the passenger
must pay the costs as set out in the airline's conditions, of which the
passenger was informed in advance; provided that the selected airline ticket
allows the desired changes, of which the passenger has been informed in
writing / orally.
2. The passenger may cancel the ticket in writing at any time, but at the time
of cancellation, the cancellation costs under the terms of the airline for
the selected ticket will take effect. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. and the passenger
are obliged to respect the applicable conditions as dictated by the airline.
If the conditions allow the passenger to partially refund the purchase price
upon cancellation, then the passenger is obliged to submit all the documents
required by the airline.
12. Article
Luggage
1. In the case of air transport, luggage is the sole responsibility of the
airline, in accordance with the regulations in force in international air
passenger transport. The passenger addresses the reports of lost or damaged
luggage to the carrier. For the transport of special luggage such as
bicycles, surfboards, golf equipment, etc. the passenger must pay a
surcharge to the carrier, usually on departure directly at the airport. In
any case, it is obligatory to announce the transport of such luggage at the
time of booking, but the airline reserves the right to refuse to transport
such luggage in any case due to limited capacity. All costs or damage that
would result from this are borne by the passenger.
2. Carriage of luggage up to a certain weight determined by the carrier is free
of charge. In the case of air transport, the passenger has the right to free
transport of a certain weight of luggage, according to the provisions of the
carrier, and each additional kilogram is paid by the passenger on the spot
in the appropriate currency, or. as specified by the air carrier. Children
under the age of two are not entitled to free luggage transport. In the case

that performed the transport and hands it over to the representative of the

pays him compensation in accordance with the regulations in force in
international passenger traffic.
5. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is not responsible for theft or damage of passenger
luggage or other personal belongings, valuables and documents from the means
of transport of aircraft, buses or other means of transport.
6. REM AGENCIJA d.o.o. is also not responsible for any claims, losses, damages,
costs or expenses in the event of injury, accident or death, damage or loss
of luggage or other property, dissatisfaction, disappointment, nervousness
or frustration arising from:
- errors of the other party;
- mechanical defects, actions of the government, weather or other factors over
