Works perfect fantastically easy to install and remove, works a charm. My
glasses fit in my Quest headset, but using thease and leaving my glasses off
make it such a more immersive experience and so much more comfrotable. I highly

Zenni for the VR Prescription Lenses for Meta Quest 3 great experience, with the
zenni lenses on the quest 3, i can see things much more clear, was a bit
apprehensive about my order sitting here in India but the process went through
like a breeze, a big thumbs up to zenni.

Which devices are these lens inserts compatible with?

These lens inserts are only compatible with Meta Quest 3. They are not
compatible with Meta Quest 2 or Quest Pro.

Do lens inserts affect image quality?

No, they do not. The lens inserts provide clearer vision and will not distort
the image or affect colors.

Can I use HSA/FSA for the lens inserts?

Yes, you can download your HSA/FSA receipt from the order tracking page once
your order ships. We also support HSA/FSA debit cards for payment.

What is included in my order?

You will receive: 2 lens inserts with L (left) and R (right) mark, Microfiber
cloth, Carrying case

Can I gift lens inserts if I don’t know the prescription?

Yes, you can provide a prescription after purchase. We will send an email with a
link to fill in the prescription. Once we have the prescription, we can complete
the order.

How does the anti-fog coating work?

Anti-fog VR lenses come with a special Anti-Fog Activator Lens Cloth that
activates the coating on your lens inserts. Wipe your anti-fog lens inserts
evenly with this cloth to activate - the anti-fog effect lasts 3-6 months
depending on use. To prolong lens lifespan and reinforce the anti-fog effect,
regularly clean your lens inserts and use the activator cloth.

Note that the Anti-Fog Activator Lens Cloth will last 300 wipes before it needs
replacement. This Anti-Fog cloth is only meant to be used on the Zenni VR lens
inserts; do not use it directly on the Meta Quest 3 headset’s lenses. For more

How do I return my order?

We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers
at Zenni. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the items within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise for a refund of the
purchase price (minus any amount paid for shipping).

Can VR lens inserts support bifocal or progressive lenses?

No, they cannot support these prescriptions due to the design and limitations of
the lenses. VR lenses are small and curved, making it challenging to incorporate
multifocal prescriptions. Moreover, the fixed distance between the lenses in VR
headsets can cause visual distortion or blurriness for users with bifocal or
progressive prescriptions. We recommend you wear one of our lightweight frames
that fit nicely in the Meta Quest 3.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 2-16 business days from your order date
depending on your shipping address and shipping option. Zenni offers US Standard
and Expedited shipping, and Expedited shipping on all international orders.
