Lean Portfolio Management is about taking a holistic view of all the work being
undertaken across the whole organisation, projects, products, and business as
usual, and being deliberate about where to invest to maximize overall returns
aligned with organisational strategy.

Lean Portfolio Management provides a mechanism for organizations to fund and
manage the flow of initiatives and activities across the whole enterprise,
maximizing value delivered to customers and other stakeholders.
