What is your return policy?

We do not offer Returns but we warrant all of our products to be free of defects
for 10 Days upon receipt !

Do you offer custom Designs ?

Yes, in fact 80% of our work are custom designs !

I need a custom amplifier , how much does it cost ?

The cost of a custom design depends on a variety of factors including complexity
of the design , cost of parts and Time required to execute the design !

Most circuit board only designs can be executed for under $200 and module design
typically ranging in the $2000-4000 range

I only need a circuit board designed , can you help ?

yes we can design RF circuit boards per your request we offer 2 levels of
service :

1.) Design only :  we design the board and deliver Gerber files , our fee is
$75 

2.) Full Service : this includes PCB design and production of up to 4 boards
,our fee is $299

What is a NRE Charge and how much is it typically ?

NRE stands for Non Refundable Engineering charge !

This is a fee typically charged for custom designs to cover labor and parts
required to execute the design .

The NRE is non refundable if the customer choses to cancel the order

What are your Payment Terms ?

for store products payment is due at time of order , for custom designs NRE
charges are due upon placing the order with the remaining balance due 10 days
upon receipt of goods !
