*Terms & Conditions: This promotional offer is available for new First Data
Canada Ltd. Counter Service Restaurant or Table Service Restaurant customers
only and expires on May 31, 2024. The Merchant must enter a credit and debit
processing agreement from Clover, a First Data company, and complete 180 days of
processing activity starting from the date of the agreement. Payment will be
made to the bank account associated with the Merchant’s account 6 months after
the first transaction.

To be eligible, the merchant must: (1) Apply for the account through the Clover
Canada Direct Sales team, (2) Be credit approved before and May 31, 2024 (3)
Process a minimum of $7,000 in credit and debit card processing volume monthly.

The rebate will be applied in the form of a one-time rebate against restaurant
software or hardware purchase charges up to a maximum of $600. Limit of one
promotion per business relationship. This promotion cannot be combined with any
other offer.

Clover accounts are subject to approval, including credit approval. Selecting a
Clover point-of-sale credit card processing device does not convey or guarantee
approval. Clover devices are only shipped after the application is approved.
