Can I use my own website host?



Because we will build your website through a website platform like Webflow or
Shopify your website hosting will be done through these platforms. There are
many benefits to this including free SSL certificates, Global CDN for lightning
fast page speeds, as well as powerful CMS features. This will be an additional
cost that will be set depending on your hosting needs.


Do I need to get a credit check to go on a payment plan?



No, we offer this as a service of trust in an attempt to offer a better service
to our clients. You will need a credit or debit card to setup up the automatic
monthly payment. We will also maintain all the rights and control of the website
until the full amount has been paid, this means that if payments aren't made
after several attempts we will unpublish your website until payments have been
made. This gives us a level of security without needing a typical credit check.


Are there any additional costs to getting my website online?



Our pricing only include the strategy, design and development fees, you will
need to allocate additional funds for domain hosting, website hosting and any
other third-party services that may be required to get the function you need for
your website. Don't worry we will help you to know what these costs will be
during our initial briefing meeting.


Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?



Yes we absolutely do offer this however, if you are used to working with a
wordpress developer our support and maintenance is a lot different. As we don't
use an open source platform or plugins that require constant updates and
security patches the general maintenance of your website is minimal. This means
that we can support you in ways that will help grow your business such as
developing landing pages for marketing campaigns and tracking user engagement
and optmising your design to lower bounce rates and increase conversions.
