team really cares about patient outcomes and has developed a team atmosphere
within our surgery department. I can rely on the team to expedite first case
on-time starts, keep cases moving without delay, complete pre and postoperative
evaluations, and communicate openly. Furthermore, the anesthesia team actively
participates in our organization’s quality improvement measures (SCIP, OR
efficiency, Surgical Site Infection Prevention, CPOE, and electronic

team really cares about patient outcomes and has developed a team atmosphere

on-time starts, keep cases moving without delay, complete pre and postoperative
