Can I assign members of my team administrative access to the platform so they
can edit my employee handbook?

Absolutely! There is no limit to the number of collaborators you can have on
your account. You can also configure permission levels for each collaborator.
Can our legal team review my employee handbook on your platform?

You can give your legal team collaborator access to edit your employee handbook
or send them a link to preview it.
 * How do you collect employee handbook signatures and will they hold up in
   litigation?
   Yes, our handbook authorizations should be seen as valid if they were to be
   introduced in litigation. Generally speaking, digital signatures are widely
   recognized as legitimate in litigation, so long as they meet certain
   standards. These include intent and consent (the signer must have intended to
   sign), authentication (the identification of the signer should be verified),
   integrity of the document (it can’t be altered after signing without a new
   signature required), and an audit trail (timestamps, IP address information,
   etc.). All of these are satisfied by our signature system.

How do my team members access their employee handbook?

Your team members can access your employee handbook through an SSO link or via
username and password. The only people who can view your employee handbook on
AirMason are members of your organization.

You have the ability to make edits at any time to your employee handbook through
