USING EBC MOBILE






EBC MOBILE: YOUR BENEFITS, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE

Download EBC Mobile in the App Store or Google Play for on-the-go access to
everything you need to manage your EBC administered benefit accounts, all in one
place.


EASILY SUBMIT CLAIMS AND DOCUMENTATION

Quickly and securely submit claims for eligible expenses for reimbursement and
track the status of submitted claims, which are typically processed within two
business days.

You’ll also receive push notifications that alert you when a claim or Benefits
Card swipe requires additional documentation to verify eligibility. Using your
mobile device’s camera, take photos of your receipts/expense documentation and
easily upload, all within the app.


VIEW BALANCES AND TRANSACTION DETAILS

As soon as you log in to the app, you’ll immediately see your active accounts
with balances and other account specific details available. Once you tap an
account, you’ll see details like the deposits made to date, the amount you’ve
used, the last day to submit claims, and more.

Looking for a specific transaction? Find exactly what you need by filtering by
account, account status, type, or date range.


MANAGE BENEFITS CARD

If you have a Benefits Card for your EBC administered benefits, you can now
easily manage your cards directly in EBC Mobile.

 * Replace a card if it goes missing. This closes the card immediately and
   automatically generates a new card. Replacement cards may take up to 10
   business days to arrive to the address on file.
 * Lock a card if it goes missing (then unlock it when you find it!), or keep it
   locked to guard against unexpected purchases.
 * Close a card to immediately deactivate it and no longer allow it to be used
   for future purchases.
 * Request additional cards if you would like an additional Benefits Card for
   someone who doesn’t currently have one.


COMMUNICATIONS AND SUPPORT

We’re here to support you through any questions you may have. Through EBC
Mobile, you have a secure channel to send us questions and we’ll send the
response to the email you provided in your profile. The mobile app also has a
communications hub that allows you to view all the communications EBC has sent
you in a centralized location, ensuring you’ll never miss a communication.

To get started with EBC Mobile, log in with your existing online account
information or register your new account if you’re logging in for the first
time.
