What is my customer number?


You will find your customer number on a Würth invoice, a delivery note or an
order confirmation. It will be displayed on the first page, in the top right
hand corner. If you do not have any of these Würth documents, please call our
service hotline on 0800116633. You can reach us from 07h30 until 17h00 (not on
public holidays).

You are still not a Würth customer? You can register online in a few simple
steps. Once you have successfully registered, you will have access to all prices
and can then place an order. Click on "Register now".

Login with mobile phone number


To log in with your mobile phone number please enter your mobile phone number,
verified during the registration process. If you didn’t verify your mobile phone
number yet please use the Partner Number login and verify your mobile phone
number after login in ‘My Account’ Settings.

What is my partner number?

You will receive your partner number together with your login details once you
have successfully registered on the Würth Online Shop via an email to the email
address you specified on the registration form. Alternatively you can contact
your sales representative. If you do not have this data, please call our service
hotline on 0800116633.

Login with login name

To log in with a personal login name, please enter the login name you have
chosen. If you have not yet assigned a login name, please use the login with
customer number and assign a login name after successful login in the settings
of 'My account'.

What is my login name?

You can set the login name after logging in in the "My account" area. If you
have not yet assigned a user name or have forgotten it, please use your customer
number and partner number to reset the password.

What password should I enter?

The password for the Würth Online Shop is either the password you entered during
the initial registration, or the password given to you by your company.

The password must be at least 10 characters long. The longer the chosen string,
the harder a password is to crack. We recommend 16- or even 20-character
passwords. All available characters can be used, for example upper and lower
case letters, numbers or special characters. If you also use umlauts, please
bear in mind that they may not be entered on keyboards for other languages.
Names of pets or relatives, dates of birth, etc. are not suitable passwords. In
addition, the complete password should preferably not appear in dictionaries and
should avoid common variants and repetition or keyboard patterns such as
"qwertz" or "1234abcd".Your customer number can not be used as password.

The eShop offers the possibility of efficient ordering through the use of
scanners. The benefits are endless – customers can generate shopping baskets,
create budgets, manage cost centres and define approval processes.

Logistics/Delivery Logistics and delivery as you need it!

When ordering, you can decide whether you want the goods conveniently shipped to
your home, company address or directly to the construction site. Collections are
also available at our Pick Up Shops. Simply select "click and collect" at
checkout.

Customer Account Customisation

The ‘My Account’ function allows customers to create individual user accounts
with different rights, budgets and cost centres. If several team members are
using the eShop, individual functionalities are useful and also allow the
administrator to keep track of orders and expenses.
