WHAT IS YOURPARKINGSPACE?
The YourParkingSpace platform connects drivers with over 350,000 privately owned
and commercially operated parking spaces across the UK and Ireland, available to
book hourly, daily, or monthly basis. Drivers can book parking on-demand through
our website and mobile apps
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK A SPACE?
We send both you and the space provider a confirmation email to let both parties
know that a booking has been made. In your confirmation email you will receive
the full address of the parking location and any additional access information.
WILL THE PARKING SPACE BE AVAILABLE WHEN I ARRIVE?
Yes, we expect all spaces to be available for the driver on arrival. The space
provider manages their availability calendar, and we use occupancy data for
commercial locations to return search results that only consist of available
parking spaces for the dates/time that you've searched.
HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?
You can cancel a short-term (hourly or daily) booking within the cancellation
period via your account. To cancel a monthly subscription booking, please
contact our Customer Care team here.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY 30-DAYS NOTICE TO END MY MONTHLY BOOKING SUBSCRIPTION?
To end a monthly subscription booking, please submit your 30-day notice to our
Customer Care team here. Your final 30 days will begin from when we receive your
written notice to terminate the booking.
WHEN DO I GET PAID MY EARNINGS?
All payments of earnings more than £10.00 are automatically processed on the
first business of the month. Depending on your bank, it can take up until 7pm
that day for the payment to show in your account. To receive your earnings, tell
us your payment preference within your account so we know where to send the
money.
Note: To request the release of earnings under £10.00, please contact our
Customer Care team here.
