WHAT IS A GREEN CARD?

A Green Card is an immigration document that grants its holder the legal right
to live and work permanently in the United States of America. It`s a ticket to
the American Dream and a symbol of hope for many people around the world who
aspire to a better life.

Why green then? Because once upon a time in the 1950s, there was no card at all.
Immigrants paid an Alien Registration fee and received a receipt for it. Printed
on green paper.

The history of the Green Card goes back to the Immigration Act of 1924, which
established quotas for immigration from different countries. Initially, the
Green Card was valid for only two years, but in 1951, it was changed to a
ten-year validity and renewable indefinitely.

Today, the Green Card is highly sought after because it offers a path to
citizenship and all the rights and privileges that come with it. It also allows
the holder to sponsor family members for immigration, travel outside the US, and
return without needing a visa.

People from all over the world apply for Green Cards every year through various
channels, such as family sponsorship, employment-based immigration, and the
Diversity Visa Program. Many of these applicants apply true US Green Card Office
to get the best chance of succeeding and achieving their dream.

In conclusion, the Green Card is much more than just a piece of plastic. It
represents opportunity, security, and a better future for those who hold it. No
wonder why so many people around the world dream of obtaining one!

WHAT IS THE GREEN CARD PROGRAM?

The Green Card Program, officially known as the Diversity Immigrant Visa
Program, is a United States government program that awards up to 55,000
Permanent Resident Visas (Green Cards) to people from countries with low rates
of immigration to the United States. The purpose of the program is to promote
diversity in the US immigrant population.

So, are you ready for an adventure of a lifetime? Do you dream of living and
working in the United States, experiencing its culture and diversity first-hand?
Then the Green Card Program is your ticket to the land of opportunity!

This program is designed to promote diversity in the US immigrant population. It
could be your chance to join the lucky 55,000 applicants who receive permanent
resident visas (Green Cards) each year. Imagine the possibilities: you could
live in a bustling city like New York or Los Angeles, explore the natural
wonders of the Grand Canyon or Yellowstone National Park, or even start your own
business and become a successful entrepreneur.

To be eligible for the Green Card Program, you must be born in a qualifying
country and have at least a high school education or two years of work
experience in a skilled occupation.

So, what are you waiting for? Apply for the Green Card Program online today, and
you can be on your way to a new life in the United States. It`s time to take a
chance and make your dreams come true.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN THE GREEN CARD PROGRAM?

The list of qualifying countries participating in the Diversity Visa Program
changes yearly, depending on how many immigrants there are from a particular
country.

In the interactive map below, people born in countries with less than 50,000
immigrants moving to the United States over the previous five years are
automatically eligible (Green Countries).

Suppose your country is ineligible to participate in the Diversity Visa Program
(Red Countries). In that case, it is because the United States has received more
than 50,000 immigrants over the previous five years from your country. In that
case, please check back next year as the qualifying country list is updated from
year to year.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE GREEN CARD PROGRAM?

It depends. You cannot influence whether your application is selected for
further processing. However, many people trip themselves because of human errors
they could have easily avoided.

For example --

How can we help

Forgetting to apply on time: The window for submitting applications is short.
Since the US Department of State does not advertise, it`s up to you to keep
checking their website.

Not completing the DS-260 form: If your application is selected, you must
complete and submit the DS-260 online form in under 60 minutes. If you fail,
your record is deleted, and must start over. Many try and try - but don`t
succeed.

Completing the DS-260 too late: With the Diversity Visa, it`s first come, first
served. Though more than 125,000 people are selected for the Green Card Program,
only the first 55,000 to submit valid applications will receive the visa. Many
lose just by applying for the visa too late.

Making errors in the form: Even a single mistake in the application form is
enough to disqualify you. For instance, perhaps the photo you uploaded did not
precisely match the photo guidelines.

Not meeting the immigration requirements: Some lose out even after being
selected because they do not meet some immigration requirements, are missing
essential documents, or aren’t well prepared for the American Embassy visa
interview.

Almost half of those selected for the Diversity Visa Program fail to get their
Green Card because they filled out their online application incorrectly. That is
why you should always ask US GREEN CARD OFFICE to assist you in filing your
Diversity Visa Application.

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE BUREAU OF CONSULAR AFFAIRS VISA SERVICES

The congressional-mandated Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (also known as the
Green Card Program) is administered on an annual basis by the U.S. Department of
State and conducted under the terms of Section 203(c) of the Immigration and
Nationality Act (INA). Section 131 of the Immigration Act of 1990 (Pub. L.
101-649) amended INA 203 to provide for a new class of immigrants known as
"diversity immigrants" (DV immigrants).

US GREEN CARD OFFICE handles the paid value-added service for all Green Card
Applicants, and our fee for this value-added service is $80.00 as a single and
$120.00 as a family. The official submission period for the Electronic Diversity
Immigrant Visa Program is usually 30-60 days, but this can vary from one year to
another.

Our professional immigration team offers you the opportunity to prepare and
complete your Green Card application online according to all legal requirements
365 days per year, giving you a better time to complete your application and,
therefore, a better chance of being selected.

Your application will be submitted within the right time, as announced by the
U.S. Government. When the application has been submitted to the U.S. Government
by our immigration team, the official confirmation number will be sent to you as
proof that the application has been successfully received and accepted by the
U.S. Government.

We will keep track of your application status and notify you when the U.S.
Government has selected all applicants. We will advise you on how to proceed
before attending the Visa Interview in the American embassy, where Immigrant
Visas will be issued to the applicants.
