VELKOMMEN TIL WINE WEEK!

Vi glæder os til at byde velkommen for første gang til Wine Week - en festlig
uge i druernes tegn, der hylder alt det bedste ved vin og indbyder til samvær og
fællesskab. I løbet af ti dage samles vinelskere fra nær og fjern for at fejre
deres fælles passion og udforske mangfoldigheden af vine og deres unikke smage. 







10 DAGE MED VIN I CENTRUM!

Danskeres interesse for vin har oplevet en markant udvikling i de senere år.
Tidligere var det de store vinhuse og klassiske druer, der stjal rampelyset, men
nu ser vi en stigende fascination for naturvin og bæredygtig vinproduktion.

Globaliseringen har gjort vine fra hele verden mere tilgængelige, og kombineret
med øget opmærksomhed på madkultur og gastronomi, er interessen for vin vokset
blandt både unge og ældre.

Kort sagt elsker vi vin i alle afskygninger - om det er klassisk, alkoholfrit,
naturvin eller biodynamisk. Til Wine Week åbner vi dørene til vinens fantastiske
verden og bryder traditionen ved at lade vinen være omdrejningspunktet for
menuen eller smagningen.

wine lovers from near and far come together to celebrate their shared passion
and explore the diversity of wines and their unique flavors.

The Danes' interest in wine has experienced significant development in recent
years. Previously, it was the large vineyards and classic grapes that stole the
spotlight, but now we see a growing fascination for natural wine and sustainable
wine production.

Globalization has made wines from around the world more accessible, and combined
with increased attention to food culture and gastronomy, the interest in wine
has grown among both young and old.

In short, we love wine in all its forms - whether it's classic, alcohol-free,
natural wine, or biodynamic. At Wine Week, we open the doors to the wonderful
world of wine and break tradition by letting the wine be the focal point of the
menu or tasting.
