OpenAir Enhancements See more

GLOBAL

The redesigned OpenAir user experience covers additional list views and record
headers, with usability enhancements for distinct value column filters and long
text area cells. This release consolidates the different optional features
introduced to facilitate the staged release of the next generation user
interface, in preparation for the planned April 2022 rollout.


EXPENSES

The Attachment File Drag and Drop optional feature lets you drag files from your
computer to add multiple attachments to your expense reports and receipts with
one mouse action. The feature lets you delete attachments and download
attachments, one at a time or all as a ZIP archive, from within the expense
report or receipt form.


NETSUITE CONNECTOR

The OpenAir NetSuite Connector lets you create custom workflows to export a
selected OpenAir record to a record in NetSuite, including custom records. You
can manage custom export mapping definitions and include them in manual and
scheduled integration runs just like built-in workflows. Authorized account
administrators can use a self-service NetSuite Connector administration form to
change integration settings when required.

When do I enter my password?

Due to security enhancements, we may require you to enter your User ID and
Password in two separate steps.

 1. On the Sign In screen, type your Company and User ID, and click on the Next
    button.
 2. The Password field will appear, or you will be redirected to a new login
    form. Complete the form and click on the Sign In button to proceed.
