Krzysztof (Kris) Komorowski, age 32, borne in Poland, raised in Denmark. His
journey in fashion started in 2008 as a Visual Merchandiser/Stylist at Zara
Copenhagen. Two years later head hounded joined the house of Giorgio Armani

Marcel discovered his passion for fashion as a child. It is therefore not
surprising that he studied fashion design in Düsseldorf, where he began
directing and styling the Igedo fashion shows immediately after his studies.

In the following years he deepened his knowledge in the ambit of styling for
photo advertising and film.

Marcel has been one of the most sought-after Stylists in Germany for national
and international shoots and campaigns since years.

Now he has been living in Hamburg for two years now, where he not only styles
but also plans and organizes many productions.

Already in the early 80's, during my apprenticeship as a hairdresser in Vienna,
I did hair & makeup for fashion shows and photo shoots. 

As an assistant to my boss Christa Koukol for Palmers, Helmut Lang photo shoots
and shows- or independently for the collections of my friends from the fashion
class of the University of Applied Arts, Vienna. Also after my education I
worked as a freelance Hair and Makeup Artist.

Catalog shoots for big fashion houses like Gerngross, Kastner&Oehler, Sportalm
and Don Gil were part of my portfolio as well as editorials for magazines like
Wienerin, Diva and Ego.


This was followed by commercials and music videos for Wella, Mercedes,
Microsoft, AHA, Sabrina Setlur, Herbert Grönemeyer, among others.

But also the development of looks and personal application trainings for the
flight staff of Austrian Airlines or the successful launches of Nivea Beauty and
Versace Make up in Austria were part of the job.

I was able to express my creativity particularly well in my work with fashion
magazines such as Elle, Vogue, GQ, 10, Vanity Fair, Brigitte, Gala.

As Chef de Cabine, I created runway looks for many international fashion shows
together with renowned designers such as Michalsky, Caviar Gauche, Lala Berlin,
Roeckl, Lascana, C'est Tout, Vidal Sassoon.

With this expertise I became brand ambassador for Max Factor Germany, Austria
and Switzerland. My tasks included presenting the latest trends and new products
at major international press conferences and creating tutorials for the seasons'
looks.

My strengths lie in conceptual work with beauty brands, look development and
target conception, as well as successful model casting.

 My biggest passion is
highlighting and emphasizing the individual assets of the person I am doing
makeup on.
