   We love pets, but we don't allow them in our stores. We do welcome fully
   trained, ADA-qualified service animals to shop with you. Animals whose sole
   function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service
   animals under the ADA.

 * Does IKEA Conshohocken offer special parking?
   
   We offer family and handicapped parking near the main entrance of the store.
   We also offer covered parking in our garage. 

 * Does IKEA Conshohocken have electric vehicle (EV) charging stations?
   
   We currently offer 12 EV charging stations located on the East side of our
   parking lot. 

 * Are wheelchairs available for customers to use while shopping?
   
   We have wheelchairs available upon request in our store entrance lobby. A
   greeter or Småland coworker will gladly assist you. 

 * Are motorized scooters available for customers?
   
   No, but we have wheelchairs upon request in our store entrance lobby. 

 * Where can Click & Collect orders be picked up?
   
   The Click & Collect Order Pick-Up area is located on the left (West) side of
   the building for drive up order collection.

   IKEA Conshy is located off Interstate 476, exit 18B. 

 * How far is the store from the center of the city?
   
   12 miles from Downtown Philly and 15 miles from Philadelphia International
   Airport.

   SEPTA suburban bus routes 95 and 97 at Ridge Pike and Alan Wood Rd, are
   located 0.3 miles from our store.

IKEA Conshohocken is located off Interstate 476 near the Schuylkill River and
along the Cross Country Trail in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The first IKEA
store in the United States opened nearby in Plymouth Meeting, PA in 1985, and
relocated to become IKEA Conshohocken in 2003. IKEA Conshohocken is a short
drive from nearby areas including King of Prussia, Wayne, Norristown,

IKEA the place to go
As always, I love my trips to IKEA in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. However, I was
a little displeased with the treatment from the checkout at the food court. The
girl was very rude who waited on us. The rest of our trip was awesome Until I
got to the end where the Christmas supplies were, and you were already sold out
of the Vinterfint wall decoration - so sad

Great Customer Service
Busy store but great customer service. We had many questions about our bathroom
cabinetry and we found great service at this location. Then when we were headed
to checkout another Ikea employee sent our order to be picked up so we did not
have to wait. Then we realized we had ordered a wrong part and the

I was actually very annoyed because I was supposed to receive a 20$ off your
first purchase when I signed up for ikea family so I asked 3 different employees
about that. None of them were helpful and I didn’t find the QR code for it until

different employees about that. None of them were helpful and I didn’t find the
QR code for it until I was home(which is an 8 hour drive round trip) I used the

speaking with was so rude and basically said no in about 15 ways…..that it was
on the store for not helping me. He stated that he GUARANTEED if I went
back(4+hour drive((just TO the store)) that someone would help me use the 20$
off. The tolls are just over 30$ to get to the store and an 8 hour round trip
gas fuel up is hardly worth the $20 - I feel like the least they could have done
is honor the coupon for an on line purchase but NOPE!

Hope I can stay away for a long time!
I made the mistake of trying to buy things at Ikea rather than shop for things
at Ikea. The store is a great place to wander around and shop. But, buying is
frustrating to infuriating! I specifically didn't go upstairs, but just getting

Review title Hope I can stay away for a long time!
Review content I made the mistake of trying to buy things at Ikea rather than
shop for things at Ikea. The store is a great place to wander around and shop.
But, buying is frustrating to infuriating! I specifically didn't go upstairs,
but just getting to the isles in the warehouse took a few minutes to figure out.
When I got to the racks, I found the 2 items that I needed quickly, then there
were the dreaded hinges. I was not allowed to pick them up from a box myself, I
was not allowed to type the number into the checkout register, I was not allowed
to go to a kiosk without a smartphone. Literally, the single employee watching
the self checkout registers used her phone to get the barcode to be able to scan
it at the register (thanks to her I didn't wate my time driving an hor each way,
because I was about to walk away). Then do add insult to injury, going to the
special pickup location had a display showing the order numbers that were ready,
but it shows the last 8 digits of a 12 digit number on the receipt (without
saying so). Out of the hundreds of digits and characters on the receipt, they
expect customers to guess that they should be looking for the first digit on the
display (of multiple numbers on the display) match the fourth digit of an
unlabeled number on the receipt. Here's a free tip, Ikea, build a self scan
feature into the app, allow customers to scan as they shop, allow them to pay on
the app and avoid the line at the checkout. If you are worried, have an employee
count the items being taken out of the store and compare that to the quantity
displayed on the app. items that need to be picked up have the app display a
barcode, the customers get a text message when their order is ready (so that
they can eat and relax, because the food is pretty good). Then show their ACTUAL
NAME (First and last initial) on the screen.
