THE GYM


INTRODUCTION 

Gym Kennedy is a family owned fitness center and personal training studio.

We opened our doors on April 1, 2013 with a passion to change the life of
everyone we come into contact with. Our unique design gives everyone the access
they need, the tools they need and the positive environment necessary to thrive.
The facility is open to anyone - you do not have to work with a trainer to
workout here.

We have combined a traditional fitness center setting with additional warehouse
space for alternative types of training. We want you to CHALLENGE YOURSELF,
challenge what you think you know and what you have seen on TV. No matter your
goals, no matter your ability level - always strive for more, always strive for
better and understand that it is a life long commitment.

Thank you for visiting our site. We hope to see you soon and would love to give
you a tour of the facility if you're interested. Remember, the human body was
designed to run, to jump, to push, to pull, to sweat. Not to sit, and stare. 


FACILITY HOURS 

Gym Kennedy is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Everyone has a different
schedule and we understand this. Upon completion of your membership paperwork
you will receive a code that will grant you keypad access whenever you would
like to train. The first step to physical health - show up to the gym every
week. If you are interested in personal training, please contact Jim.
