Important update: Reward points expiring Here's everything you need to know View in browser IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT Values Awards REWARD POINTS EXPIRING Hi Olga, As someone with access to Values Awards, a rewards service provided by Boostworks, we wanted to share an important update about the validity period of reward points in your account. REWARD POINTS EXPIRE AFTER 24 MONTHS Reward points issued to your Values Awards account have a validity period of 24 months from the date of issuance. This has always been stated in our terms and conditions, but we’re now executing this process from 31 March 2024. This means two things: On 31 March 2024, any points value in your balance that exceeds the 24-month validity period will expire and be removed from your account. From 1 April 2024 onwards, this process will happen on a daily and ongoing basis. To avoid losing your reward points, you must log into Values Awards by 31 March 2024 and spend the value that’s due to expire. HOW TO CHECK YOUR POINTS BALANCE 1. Log into Values Awards If you’re having trouble logging in, get in touch with us. 2. Go to your reward statement If you can see your points balance on the homepage, simply click to view your full statement. Otherwise, click ‘My Account’ on the top right menu to find your statement. You can easily see when your balance has been credited with points and when you’ve spent them. Any value that has entered your balance on 30 March 2022 or earlier will expire, unless you’ve already spent the equivalent value in points through the platform already. For example, if you received 2,500 points on 1 January 2022, you need to have spent 2,500 points through the platform otherwise the value will expire and be removed from your balance. DON'T MISS OUT - SPEND YOUR POINTS We recommend logging into Values Awards regularly to keep an eye on your balance but, most importantly, find yourself a well-deserved treat!
