Grady Developments is a family owned building and development company based in
South Norfolk. We build new homes along with undertaking other residential and
commercial building projects in Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are NHBC registered house builders, developing unique sites in urban and
rural locations. We take pride in the quality of our work and our ability to
deliver traditional craftsmanship alongside the latest technology and energy
efficient, eco-friendly construction.


ABOUT

Established as an independent company in 2016, we have been developing sites and
properties since 1996 as part of DN Grady & Sons Ltd, our property company
[link].

As a family owned and run business, our roots in house building in Norfolk go
back to 1960 when J, D & R Grady Ltd was formed. This business grew to be
Norfolk’s largest privately owned housebuilder before being sold to a
multinational housebuilder in 1988.

Managing director, Justin Grady, is responsible for the day to day running of
the business and the management of all development projects. He has over 25
years of experience in building and property with a degree in Construction
Management, having previously worked for Wimpey, Tarmac & Laing O’Rourke on
major projects in London & the South East.
