TIP-44: LAUNCHING TREASURE L2 ON ZKSYNC

Summary The proposal from Matter Labs and the accompanying proposal issued
jointly by both ZKsync Foundation and the Treasure core contributors revisits
the ratified proposal TIP-36: Ecosystem Selection for the Treasure Chain
(approved by TreasureDAO on February 21, 2024) to launch the Treasure L2 as the
leading gaming chain on ZKsync’s Elastic Chain, instead of on Arbitrum Orbit.
TIP-44 combines the two proposals above, as well as outlines the final
parameters of the Treasure L2 to launch it as the leading gaming chain on

TIP-43: CHAIN MIGRATION INCENTIVES

Summary Migrate 80% of TreasureDAO’s DAO-owned MAGIC/ETH liquidity on Arbitrum
One to the Treasure L2 mainnet (100%) upon its launch. Migrate the other 20% of
DAO-owned MAGIC/ETH liquidity from Arbitrum One to L1 Ethereum at the time of
proposal passage. Institute new LP rewards to encourage migration of MAGIC and
partner token liquidity from Arbitrum One on Sushi and Magicswap to Treasure L2.

TIP-42(B): CONFIRMING BRIDGEWORLD EMISSIONS REALLOCATION AND SNAPSHOT DATE

Summary Amend TIP-42 to confirm the Bridgeworld (BW) emission reallocation and
snapshot date by either: Halting MAGIC emissions through Harvesters and taking
the BW snapshot on Monday August 26; or; Reallocating 200,000 MAGIC per month
back to BW Harvesters and maintain MAGIC emissions as a stop gap measure with a
flexible end and snapshot date coinciding with the launch of EigenDA chain
staking on Treasure mainnet. In either case, all other parameters of the
original TIP-42 will not be impacted and will continue to take place on Monday,
August 26. For the avoidance of doubt: Reallocate Bridgeworld emissions towards
Treasure Chain DA emissions totalling 1.55mil MAGIC per year, with 3 mil MAGIC
(less any MAGIC reallocated if (2) is selected) retained for Bridgeworld v2 (out
of approximately 10 mil remaining emissions) and the excess going to the DAO
treasury for future infrastructure emissions. Close BW v1 gameplay loops
(Questing, Crafting, Corruption, Corruption Crypts) Scrap the yearly halving
schedule and institute terminal inflation beginning in Y8 (in four years).

TIP-42: REALLOCATING BRIDGEWORLD EMISSIONS TO TREASURE CHAIN EIGENLAYER STAKING
AND TRANSITION TO BRIDGEWORLD V2

Summary Reallocate Bridgeworld emissions to support Treasure mainnet staking
through EigenLayer and EigenDA. Reallocate Bridgeworld emissions towards
Treasure Chain DA emissions totalling 1.55mil MAGIC per year, with 3 mil MAGIC
retained for Bridgeworld v2 (out of approximately 10 mil remaining emissions)
and the excess going to the DAO treasury for future infrastructure emissions.
Scrap the yearly halving schedule and institute terminal inflation beginning in
Y8 (in four years). Sunset TIP-08 emissions. Tentatively cease Bridgeworld v1
operations on August 24 August 26 Update gMAGIC calculation to account for the
future Treasure L2. This proposal will briefly describe the planned system for
Bridgeworld NFTs and the next iteration of Bridgeworld. However, for the
purposes of governance clarity, this TIP strictly concerns the emissions policy
regarding MAGIC. This proposal is not a referendum on Bridgeworld v2. Changelog
(as of Aug 6 as of 12:12am ET) The following parameters have changed from the
original proposal to Snapshot (edited to be reflected in the proposal and
summarized below): Moved the target date to tentatively cease Bridgeworld v1
operations and take the snapshot of Bridgeworld assets to be Monday, August 26
instead of on Saturday, August 24. This change will allow the team to be online
and active during the week and able to provide support. The date remains
tentative and a final date will be announced closer in the coming weeks as this
is highly subject to the readiness and coordination of external partners with
respect to EigenLayer and EigenDA (eg. launch of their custom quorum feature
into production, whitelisting of the MAGIC token and underlying strategy) as
well as mainnet readiness. With the transition from one staking solution
(Harvesters) to another (EigenLayer), it is important that the window of time
between the two options is as short as possible. Given the tentative timeline,
in the event there are further unforeseen delays outside of Treasure's control,
there may be a need for a subsequent DAO proposal to be considered to maintain
Bridgeworld emissions for slightly longer as a stop gap measure. At this time,

TIP-41: ACQUISITION OF RYU TO ACCELERATE TREASURE'S PRODUCT ROADMAP

Summary This proposal is authored by Ross Krasner, the Co-Founder & CEO of Ryu
Technologies Inc. (”Ryu”) and Core Contributor to the Distribution of Games
Protocol (“DoG Protocol”). We would like to propose to the Treasure DAO
community the following: In consideration for $400,000 equivalent as MAGIC,
acquire all of Ryu and DoG Protocol’s assets and IP to Treasure comprising our
desktop app/client technology, SDKs, self-serve developer dashboard and
management console, developed games and content, and more. The token that was
previously planned and associated with DoG Protocol to be reworked to better fit
within the Treasure ecosystem and $MAGIC holders. Integrate the Ryu and DoG
Protocol core team (n = 4) into Treasure’s core contributing team (under Game
Builder Services, Inc., a service provider to Treasure) to accelerate the DAO’s
product and technology initiatives while strengthening the ecosystem and
partnerships. We’re huge fans of the Treasure ecosystem as builders, partners,
and players, and have very naturally came to this conclusion of wanting to be
part of it in a much more real and meaningful way through this proposal. Thank

TIP-40: DEPLOY MAGICSWAP V2 AND AUTHORIZE FIRST NFT-ERC-20 POOLS BY ZEEVERSE

Summary Deploy Magicswap v2 as an evolution to Magicswap v1 Begin process of
migrating existing liquidity and rewards from v1 to v2 Set baseline protocol fee
to 0.3% Approve launch of the first NFT-ERC-20 pool on v2 by Zeeverse, as well
as a blanket approval for all future NFT pool creations Upon the launch of
Treasure mainnet, also approve in advance its deployment as the native AMM and
DEX for the Treasure Chain and network of Infinity Chains This proposal will
authorize core contributors to deploy Magicswap v2, a permissionless AMM that
supports ERC-20 and NFT trading. Pools currently on Magicswap v1 will begin to
be migrated to v2 in collaboration with partners, and eventually to Treasure
Chain. Any existing LP reward programs will be migrated to v2. The protocol will
take a 0.3% fee on transactions. Pool creators will be able to establish LP
rewards. The admin will assign token creator rewards to pools. Upon launch of
Treasure mainnet, this proposal authorizes the DAO to deploy Magicswap v2 on the
