WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2024

Our spooktacular, Magical Woodland Experience. Featuring BRAND NEW themes to
guarantee you an evening of Halloween family fun!


In the heart of the Cheshire Countryside, experience nature in all its Autumnal
glory, lit up bydazzling cathedral canopies of fairy lights, interactive light
features, and dancing tunnels of Borealis-style lasers.

Our Halloween theme features some family favourites, including: Dinosaurs,
Ghostbusters, Under the Sea, Hocus Pocus and more!

As you wander through our magical trails with crunchy leaves underfoot, watch in
amazement as our state-of-the art light features guide you into a world like no
other.

Be careful: you may bump into one of our Dinosaurs where you can get up close
and personal if you dare! We even have quirky characters lurking in our woodland
- from Wednesday Addams to Winifred from Hocus Pocus, to Captain Hook and a Mad
Scientist!

The trail can be looped as many times as you wish, with plenty of opportunities
to refuel and warm up with tasty snacks and hot drinks - whatever the weather!

Onsite car parking is available and can be booked online when purchasing
tickets.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

Can I change my booking?

Yes, however, all ticket changes are subject to a £10 fee and can not be made
within 48h of the chosen event date.

Is the experience suitable for prams?

We have many visitors each year who bring prams to the experience. We try to
ensure the ground is as flat and smooth as possible for all visitors attending.
It can become muddy or steep in some places, depending on recent weather
conditions. We advise against bringing prams with small wheels.

Can I bring my dog to the event?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow our furry four-legged friends to attend any
Magical Woodland events. The lights and sounds can be overwhelming for them.

Are their public toilets on-site?

Yes, we have portaloo toilets around the site for visitors to use.

Can I book another date/show time if the show time is cancelled?

In the rare case that we cancel a specific show time or date, only then will you
be given the option to swap the dates if others are available.

If the showtime or event is cancelled, can I get a refund?

In the rare case that we cancel a specific show time or date, we will look to
exchange your tickets for a later available date. Refunds are not permitted.

Are strobe effects used in the show?

It is not recommended that photosensitive persons attend Magical Woodland. While
no single source of lighting regularly strobes at high frequency, the volume of
light fixtures on site could raise the frequency of light flashes and strobe
across multiple sources to a level where it may be considered unsafe for people
affected by photosensitive epilepsy.

Is the event accessible for wheelchair users?

The site is not accessible by wheelchairs. Mobility scooters are not advised as
weather conditions can cause steep inclines and unsuitable terrain.

Is there parking available on-site?

Yes, we have a large car park close to the entrance of the experience. You can
purchase a car park ticket for £2.50 when booking your Magical Woodland 2023
tickets.

I’ve not received my tickets, and the show is tonight, what do I do?

Please check your spam/junk email folder if you’ve not received your tickets. If
you then still can’t find your tickets, contact our box office via their online
chat service to arrange a replacement ticket by email. You will be required to
show proof of purchase.
