We had scheduled service checks which gave a great deal of confidence our equipment was up to handling the high demand of high heat an unbearable humidity. We had an unexpected failure of a systems fan. Wicked was out the next morning, determined the problem, order the replace parts and installed a similar fan from a parts unit at their shop which kept us up and running. They also provided us the exact cost of the replacement costs. Great for allowing us to make certain we had the necessary funds available. I’m not sure how long it took to get the new parts because we had constant service. Our neighbors that didn’t have a maintenance agreement or Wicked Cooling as a supplier were forever getting their equipment up and running after hurricane Ian. They were forever getting service.
