SUPPORTING ADULTS IN THE COMMUNITY WHO WE ARE At Support Services we provide outcome focused support to service users in the community, through two forms of accommodation; semi-independent and social led supported accommodation. We help young people and adults to stay safe, be healthy, make a positive contribution to society, achieve economic well-being, as well as continue to strengthen relationships with their family and friends. We understand the importance of providing flexible person-centred support which can increase independence yet still deliver the appropriate level of support to meet people’s individual needs. OUR MISSION We want to have contributed to improving the quality of life for all of our service users. We want to see an increase in the skills of young people so that they can secure better jobs and be able to make a positive contribution to society. We want to promote independence and person centred care according to our service users' needs.
