Error - not able to esign docs we send out
I have used Docusign for several years and had no problems. Most docs I send out
require me to also esign. But this week - I am not able to esign - after
clicking SIGN NOW. It appears to start but then the screen either goes blank or
today I receive “An Error has Occurred” message. Any idea what is causing the
problem? I cannot seem to locate a Support #. Thanks WR

information. We use a specific document custom field as an identifier for
Docusign Retrieve. We would like a report or a way to see which templates in

(AES), what can be used as a factor for two-step authentication? Is it possible
to sign a single document with all three forms of electronic signatures

I don't understand the # of contracts
Hiya~ DocuSign keeps telling me that: I am signed up for the largest plan I can
sign up for I am about to be out of contracts. Is this a catch-22? They promised
to call me over a week ago, but they haven’t. They keep asking me if I want to
keep the case open, but they’re not helping. Can anyone help? I am an LLC, and

Stopping the pop up tool tips when creating an envelope.
Even when I have gone through all the pop up tool tips when creating an
envelope, they still appear with each new envelope. I checked through all
settings and don’t see anywhere where these tips can be disabled. It’s very
annoying and time consuming to keep clicking on the X to make them go away!

How to retrieve a copy of a document that I signed electronically and did not
have a copy and the link has expired
I am a tenant and the realtor sent me my lease to sign. After signing, he did
not send me my own copy after he has verified it. He did not send me a copy and
I did not download the document I signed. The link has expired. Is there any
means by which I can have a copy of what I signed?

Changing the email address of a signer AFTER they've signed documents?
Hi DS friends - Does DocuSign allow me to change the email address of a signer
that has already signed a document? We use the custom report feature to receive
daily reports of those who have signed our agreements and add it to an Excel
workbook database, which has formulas that looks at the email addresses to
update each contact. I don’t want to keep having to manually change a particular
signer’s email address every time we update the database with the DS report
data. Any thoughts?

appears. I've gone into my account and I can not find this signature. I've
created a new signature for my account, but it doesn't replace this previous

Automatically Place Signature Field when Applying Template
I have successfully established a template (Automatic template matching works
too.) - I have added signature fields in the template. - The signature fields
are on the last page of the document. The template has, say, 3 pages, so the
signature fields are on page 3. The actual document to be signed might have 5
pages or 10 pages (different every time it needs to be signed). However, the
signature fields are ALWAYS placed on page 3 since this is where the fields sit
in the template. Signing on the last page seems like a pretty standard
situation. - How can I ensure that the signature fields automatically get added
to the last page (the actual signature is always in the same position on that

HELP! Require Recipients to Draw Each Signature
I am the admin of the account and we our plan is eSignature Business Pro - but I
do not have the Signature Adoption Configuration option to set up the
requirement for a “drawn signature” Can anyone help me about why this option
seems to not be available? If you’re the Admin for your account [i am], go to
the Settings page then Signing Settings [i have] and configure the Signature
Adoption configuration [i dont have this] , you can enable the option for drawn
eSignatures [nope]. After that, your envelopes sent to the recipients with Sign
Here fields will give to them an option to drawn a signature [nope].

Problem with one field in Bulk Send
I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template. I’ve left some fields empty
because I don’t know what they are for. But one field - Requestor::First Name is
not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up
with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the
first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am
missing.

Doucument Not Always Included as an Attachment in Completion Email
Hello, Has anyone experienced an issue with envelopes not always sending a pdf
version in the completion email once everyone has signed a document in DocuSign?
We’ve gotten some feedback that some HR are not receiving the document enclosed
in the completion email, only as a link to DocuSign. (Please note, sometimes the
document is included as an attachement and sometimes it’s not - there doesn’t
seem to be any difference in these scenarios.) Many thanks in advance! Kind
