first-come-first-served club. Founding members will be determined by application
only. A committee of the project creators and advisors will review and
hand-select each member based on their NFT / DeFi experience, network, and

 * Open nomination submission window and sale

 * 100 ETH from sale proceeds set aside for charitable donations

 * Hire a full-time community manager to meet all members’ needs.

 * Begin building native NFT trading platform.
   
   * Members will be able to connect their wallets via the NFT trading portal on
     the website. This will allow them to specifically identify NFTs they are
     willing to trade, and what they are interested in trading for. Members can
     search profiles to identify trade opportunities and execute trades.

 * Close of “Nomination” sale.

 * Hire full-time Marketing lead to foster collaborations and affinity programs
   with other businesses/projects for the benefit of the members.

 * Vote on whether or not to expand membership with 25% of expansion token sales
   going to charity.
