DOULA EQUANIMITY LLC

Equanimity is a state of psychological stability and composure which is
undisturbed by experience of or exposure to emotions, pain, or other phenomena
that may cause others to lose the balance of their mind.
As a birth doula, also known as a birth companion, birth coach, or post-birth
supporter, I provide continuous care, advocacy, physical, emotional and
informational support to mothers and their partners during labor and birth..

Holistic fertility is a professionally trained person trained to support a woman
during her preconception period to help prepare her body for pregnancy. My goal
is to support you and your partner through your conception journey via a
holistic mind-body approach.
