DDR is very proud to introduce our SHCC Project Centers

We are keeping our goals tight,
our Project being to help people around the world, starting with Philippines

2023 is there, already some shops are open, the waterpark settings are done, we
are going to build by end of the year the waterpark in Union - Bohol. We expect
to be able to open by April 2024!



We are still planning to install a “chair lift” or “cable car”, however we want
to ensure it may be resistant to typhoon, if not the case we will then replace
it by a cable train. As for now, we will use our 4x4 electric carts vehicles to
bring the customers to the top of the resort.

Plans are also to use solar pannels and water turbines to provide the necessary
electricity for the whole resort.

28 next gen solar pannels will be installed, along with 40 high volume
batteries, that can be able to whistand a whole week with not a single ray of
light on them. These solar pannels are able to provide an output that is
sufficient to power all the small waterpark. We are planning a very deep well,
to install the turbine.

As we are now going LIVE, and the fact we need donators for the Center and
Refuge,
we will now be open to partners/investors for our Resort too.

We are a family Business, we treat our employees the same way we treat our
friends and family. We treat the Customers, the same way.

We will be the biggest Resort in Philippines, and one of the biggest over Asia
with more than 48Hectars of activities and lodging
