dear cousin’s home, who passed away suddenly. After unsuccessfully negotiating a
contract with numerous companies to conduct an estate sale and home clean out, I

up-front work that needed to be done to prepare for the sale. The estate sale
went well, the house was cleaned out as agreed upon, and the job finally
