CKJ Environmental is a mold remediation company as well as a construction
company that provides restoration, rebuild and repair services. CKJ
Environmental caters to the discriminating buyer who needs a home that is
healthy, valuable and highly attractive. Most customers are preparing their home
for sale or rental, while others are interested in improving an environment that
is less than perfect. CKJ Environmental was developed to provide rapid response
to individuals with homes as well as businesses. Our goal is to provide a
healthy and happy environment. 

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (2006), 100% of molds have the
potential to cause health effects.  The American Bar Association (2007) reports
a 200% increase in construction defect mold litigation over the past 5 years. 
CNN adds that 30% of new homes (0-5 years old) have a mold problem (2006).

 Today's property owner is concerned about and acting on environmental toxins in
the home, at work, and in the community.  Increased awarness of quality of
environment, seen and unseen, had created a wave of activity to prevent and
clean toxic environments.  Today's consumers, including Baby Boom and Generation
X individuals, are more sophisticated about health issues and are stronger
advocates for themselves than prior generations.

CKJ Environmental will provide a rapid solution to property owners for readily
available restoration, repair and rebuild services.

CKJ Environmental is a member of the Western Regional Master Builders
Association. Along with the Indoor Air Quality Assotiation and Technicians are
certified with the Interactive Occupational Training (click for link). 

CKJ ENVIROMENTAL IS CERTIFIED THROUGH THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY  TO CONDUCT LEAD-BASED RENOVATION, REPAIR AND PAINTING ACTIVITIES.
