MIGRATION OF WEBSITE TO AWS AND CONFIGURATION OF DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE

RB Cloud assisted our accounting client in converting their WordPress website to
a simpler cost-saving architecture. The migration included moving their domains
to the AWS registrar and setting them up with a serverless configuration making
use of several services. Additionally, a full code pipeline was established to
automate and simplify the access and future development of the website.


RECOVERY OF ONLINE ACCOUNTS FROM ROGUE EX-EMPLOYEE

RB Cloud assisted a client in recovering access to business critical cloud
accounts that had been hijacked by a terminated IT employee. This required
considerable persistence in communicating with the account providers and a great
detail of ingenuity recovering access. In addition, RB Cloud reconfigured the
access to protect the systems from further exploits or takeovers.


CUSTOM APPLICATION TO AUTOMATE A COMPLEX EMAIL TASK

Our financial client's ops team needed to email their customers summary
information. Their data that was fragmented across several systems that didn't
integrate with each other. RB Cloud created a custom application that made use
of the APIs available in the software systems and used AWS SES as an email
sending provider to automate the sending of the emails. We also created the
email templates that were customised to each customer's requirements.
