We aim to provide a reference in less then an hours. Occasionally, this
timeframe may be adjusted if we suspect that a tenant has not provided all the
necessary information or requires manual verification.


DO YOU ACCEPT BENEFITS?

Yes, we do. We have a dedicated section for prospective tenants to provide
supporting evidences. This could include an entitlement or award letter. This
information will be cross checked with Open Banking transactions.


DO YOU ACCEPT STUDENTS AND GUARANTORS?

Yes, we can perform adapted checks for both of them. However, guarantors must:
 * Be based in the UK,
 * Earn at least 36 times the monthly rental income per annum,
 * Be a homeowner,
   
 * Be confirmed as being a resident at the address they have provided for the
   credit check and have no credit history.
