TEZSPIRE CAN HELP CONTROL SEVERE ASTHMA SO YOU CAN BE YOU.

IS SEVERE ASTHMA HOLDING YOU BACK?

Up to 1.3 million people have uncontrolled severe asthma. You may think your
asthma—or a loved one’s asthma—is under control, but it may not be. Could this
be you? The sooner you know, the closer you could be to better control.

See where you stand

MEET THE TEZSPIRE CAST OF CHARACTERS

No matter who you are or what type of severe asthma you have, severe asthma
doesn't have to stop you from being you. Meet some characters who are living
their lives with better control of their asthma.

Could TEZSPIRE help you be you?

SLIDE1

AMAIA

Amaia is Puerto Rican and grew up in small-town Georgia. She excelled at
gymnastics—earning a Division 1 scholarship and a Master of Fine Arts in
painting.

What triggers Amaia’s asthma:

pet dander | smog | humidity

Fun fact:

While her art career takes off, Amaia has launched a niche dog-walking business,
leveraging her low center of gravity, her love of dogs, and her artistic eye.

Amaia is not an actual patient.

SLIDE2

GERALDINE

Although Geraldine is an electrical engineer by trade, her love of classic cars
never drifted. When she isn’t pushing the limits of electric vehicle design, she
can be found racing her vintage pride and joy around the track—sometimes leaving
whippersnappers in her dust.

What triggers Geraldine’s asthma:

exhaust fumes | pollen | hot temperatures

Fun fact:

Completed laps around the country in a camper van during the Summer of Love.

Geraldine is not an actual patient.

SLIDE3

HAWK

Hawk is a proud vegan with a soft spot for beautiful bouquets, botanical
gardens, and furry animals. Although his severe asthma keeps him from actually
owning a cat, he doesn’t let his love of adorable four-pawed creatures go
unscratched.

What triggers Hawk’s asthma:

cats | strong smells | pollen

Fun fact:

Hawk is the front man of a feline-themed punk band. And before you ask, yes,
that is a genre.

Hawk is not an actual patient.

SLIDE4

MEL

Mel grew up on a farm in Northeast Texas and was fourth runner-up in the state
pageant, bringing down the house with her woodchopping talent. After meeting the
love of her life at college, Mel moved to the suburbs and started a family.

What triggers Mel’s asthma:

strong odors | smoke | weather changes

Fun fact:

Recently founded Modern Farmer Monthly, a lifestyle mag devoted to aspiring
backyard/rooftop farmers everywhere.

Mel is not an actual patient.

SLIDE5

KAI

Originally from the Samoan island of Upolu, Kai never would have imagined
leaving the tropics for a city with an honest-to-goodness winter. And never in a
million years could he picture himself falling in love with ice sculpting. But
he did, and he has. And he’s loving every minute of it.

What triggers Kai’s asthma:

cold air | respiratory viruses

Fun fact:

Stoked to be putting his latest project on display—an ice sculpture for the
grand opening of his pal’s shaved ice stand.

Kai is not an actual patient.
