CRIKEY!

I took this picture when i went to AQWA (similar to Aquaria, if u will).
Interesting facts about crocs is that they have some sort of UV absorber similar
to solar panel. Now i know!

"Wannabes are always the same" (Masrep, 2010). That is such an inspiring quotes
that i could get from a good friend of mine. Anyway, yesterday i found something
interesting regarding wannabes. The term is used for somebody who want to be
look alike of something/somebody but failed to achieved what he/she might have
wanted to do.

This is the kind of person who put their effort in being someone else but failed
to notice their capabilities of going somewhere without the needs to copy
others. It is amazing that i could experience a real life evidence pertaining to
this matter. Still, with regard to previous post, i saw someone who think global
but acts local.

Work at American coffee shop, eat Polish-American ice cream, used American
technology phone, used British technology cars but still have the mind set of
local. Some ethnics are cool, and some are not.

In a global way of life, everyone has equal opportunities. Opportunity to mingle
around with everyone else like others irregardless of nationality, skin color,
religion, and most important of all wealth. The thing that makes life meaningful
is the ability to adapt to environment. We can share our thoughts and opinions
without hesitation. That is life. Input and output are balanced in many ways.

But heck, some people enjoys to be in a puddle, if u will, and don't have the
guts or intention to explore the world beyond the puddle. By mentioning explore,
i most definitely suggesting the meaning of the word is not limited to some
extent. It is more to exploring every single thing that the beyond-world could
offer. Politics, culture, economics, and social context that forms the various
part of the world.

I felt lucky because I realize this kind of thing early. I don't want to sit
just in my puddle. I want to go to other puddle, learn what they do, how they do
it. And perhaps I could go to various puddle, river, and eventually to the sea
where i can apply all my knowledge to survive and to give back.

THUNDER!! THUNDER!! THUNDERSTORMS

Thunder thunder thundercats. That remind me of thundercat cartoons back in the
days. Anyway, few days ago we were hit by major thunderstorm. But i reckon (yes,
i'm using aussie colloquium), back in malaysia is much more heavier than this
one. Even 3 hours of heavy rains can make us in chaos. Floods, landslides and
what not. Even every year we experienced major thunderstorm such as monsoon
season.

This publication will mainly discussed about the Reality of Global World.

Today i encountered with quite a motivating event. From an empirical evidence, i
can see that people who uses internet as a means to communicate in Malaysia
still having problem understanding the internet itself. As we speak, i still
could not find the ideas that impede people from understanding the core values
internet could offer. Not only obtaining information (eventhough it's not
efficeient enough), but creativity of oneself to optimize the use.

Supposed that internet is a global world (in which, it is) that we can reach
others be it either you are familiar with the person or not. The beauty of
internet-based social media is we can reach other potential counterparts that we
can have relationship with. The idea is simple. More friends you have, more
diverse you are, more inputs you can obtain and more ideas you can get.

We are in an era of unlimited connectivity. In the past, in order for people to
experienced other culture or other ideas is by entering the nation itself. But
nowadays, with the connotation of Internet as medium of diversifying cultural,
political and economical understanding, people still have a very narrow minded
ideas.

When people were assumed as narrow minded, they'll get very angry. But the fact
is, yes, you are narrow minded in the global world. They tend to stay in their
comfort zone without knowing that there is other part of the world that could
provide diversified ideas. We said that we're global, but where the heck is the
globalization ideas that we want to implement in ourself? That is the very first
question we need to ask ourself.

We wear international designer's clothes such as Guess, Burberry and what not.
We adapted international creditor system such as Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We
use international brand technology such as Apple, Dell, IBM and what not. We ate
international cuisine such as burgers, hot dogs, spaghetti, mac n cheese and
anything else. We have cross so many nations throughout our lives. But still our
mind is secluded from the idea of globalization. We don't want to explore the
world. We just stay with what we have. How hypocrite does that sounds?

Stay put, stay safe, play safe. These are the characteristic of people that will
eventually fall into the group. We need to challenge ourself for new ideas, new
things. Not just stay put and play safe. We strive for the best. We dignified
ourself with challenges. We improve ourself with challenges.

Simple as it seems, more simple if you could implement the idea. Diversify,
enhance and adapt. This is the world without ends. The world with so much fun if
you explore it. Please, for the sake of improving yourself, explore the world
like you won't make it the next day. When i said explore, u don't have literally
catch a flight to go everywhere. Be creative.

LORD OF THE KANGAROO

Well, i got nothing to do today. Nowhere to go. What a life. I went to Yanchep
National Park and Caversham Wildlife Park yesterday and it is amazing to see how
those aussie really used their park as a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere
back there.

Anyway, I met with a girl today from a disclosed country. I tell her I'm from
Malaysia and she did not even know where the heck is that. Are you for real? In
this era of Google and stuff, you have the guts to tell me you didn't know my
country. Even i knew where the heck is Niger, Chad, Mauritania and those near
east country.

Going to Coles now. Ctach up later. Cheers~!
