A mainland business is a good choice for companies that are comfortable with
functioning within an Emirati jurisdiction and following certain regulations
amended by the government. Benefits of a mainland business include more freedom
to trade (both internationally and across the UAE), not having a minimum capital
requirement, no visa limitations and more options for your business activities.

 

Freezone

Setting up your company in a UAE free zone is beneficial for companies looking
for more freedom in how they run their business. Some of the benefits of
operating in a free zone include 100% foreign ownership, minimal import and
export taxes, zero corporate taxes and no requirement for a local sponsor. The
UAE has over 40 free zones available for you to set up your business in.

 

Offshore

The biggest benefit of opening an offshore company is not having to pay any
taxes, including corporate and import and export taxes. Additionally, an
offshore company can stay anonymous because it isn’t required to publicly
disclose any details about its directors or shareholders. Finally, offshore
