Joe Calve has served as head of business development, communications and
marketing for four Am Law 50 firms: White & Case, Morrison Foerster, Proskauer,
and McGuireWoods, where he is the current chief marketing and business
development officer. A former practicing lawyer in New York City, Joe spent 15
years as an editor, publisher and senior business executive with American Lawyer
Media (ALM) and is a frequent writer and speaker on topics related to legal
marketing, business development, journalism and the business of law.

He lives in Connecticut with his wife, Kristin, and their four children. They
are co-owners Law Business Media, publisher of Corporate Counsel Business
Journal, widely read by general counsel and in-house legal operations
professionals, and PinHawk, an electronic newsletter publisher.

Given that executives and boards view Legal with a critical eye on spend
management, it’s imperative that legal departments justify costs with measurable
ROI. The Enterprise Legal Reputation (ELR) Report* uncovered Legal’s untapped
potential to positively influence material growth and operational efficiency
across the enterprise.

Diving even deeper, How Legal Can Impact Revenue Generation and Optimize Spend
Management, spotlights Legal’s golden opportunity to become a business driver
that:

 * Supports and accelerates the operations and processes within, and beyond, the
   confines of a legal department
 * Contributes to faster revenue generation and optimizes spend management
   across the enterprise
 * Harnesses the power of data insights and reporting to measure its ROI
 * And more!

*The 2022 Enterprise Legal Reputation (ELR) Report is a multinational study
spotlighting the image enterprise employees have of their legal departments, the
way legal professionals see their interactions with internal clients, and the
material impact Legal can have on its businesses. 4,000 enterprise employees and
500 corporate legal professionals across the United States, United Kingdom,
France, and Germany participated in the study.

Accreditation: CLE credits will be applied for immediately following the event
to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CT, GA, IL, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, RI, TN, TX,
and WI. Please be sure to answer all required pop-ups and fill in your state and
bar number in the post-event survey. For questions, please contact Jennifer
