 * BEFORE YOU REGISTER
   
   
   Before you can register to use the portal, you must first provide us with
   your email address that you will be using to register. To do this, please
   email info@principleestate.co.uk with the following details:
   
    * Your full name
   
    * Your customer reference number
   
    * The email you wish to register with us
   
   


 * REGISTERING FOR THE FIRST TIME
   
   
   Before you can register, please ensure you have provided us with your email
   address that you will be using to register. Once this has been received and
   confirmed by our team:
   
    * Click the register button below to access the login page
   
    * Click ‘Registration and Forgotten Password’
   
    * Fill in your Customer Reference and User Name
   
    * Fill in your email address - this must be the same one held on our system
   
    * Click Register and you will then receive an email with a password to login
   
    * Once logged in, you can change your password and start using your portal
   
   


 * YOUR USER NAME & CUSTOMER REFERENCE
   
   
   Your username should be the same as your customer reference and is in this
   format: 001-001-001A. This can be found on all correspondence we send to you.
   
   


 * WHAT TO DO IF YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD
   
   
    * Click on the ‘Registration & Forgotten password’ link on the portal login
      page
   
    * Enter your customer reference
   
    * Enter your username
   
    * Enter your email address you used to register
   
    * Click forgotten password
   
    * You will then receive an email from info@principleestate.co.uk with an
      automatically generated temporary password.
   
    * You can login with this new password or change it to something more
      memorable by clicking ‘change password’ on the login screen.
