Philippine Visa Application Portal
Appointment  for Other Services
Passport appointments at the Philippine Embassy can only be obtained through the
DFA’s Global Online Appointment System at www.passport.gov.
There will be a Consular Outreach Mission in Nicosia, Cyprus on 15-16 October
2022, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the benefit of Filipinos in Cyprus requiring
passport and other consular services.

All visitors and applicants are required to present any of the following to be
allowed entry into the Chancery:


 1. A certificate of full dose vaccination with boosters dose (3/3) (2/2 for
    single dose vaccine);
 2. If certificate of vaccination with booster is not available, a negative
    Covid-19 test to be present which maybe:

 * Negative Rapid test taken within 24 hour
 * A negative Self Test taken in the last 24 hours duly registered at gov.gr
 * Negative RT-PCR Test taken within 48 hours before appointment

In addition, all visitors and clients inside the Embassy premises must observe
the following safety protocols:


 1. Observe physical distancing
 2. Wear face masks at all times
 3. Disinfect hands

REMINDER: All visitors or clients must have appointments except those who are
claiming their passports, visas or documents
