We we will deliver it anywhere in Washington DC, and we will deliver it quickly. FULLY AUTOMATED PLATFORM Our company was built by a bunch of tech geeks, and it shows. We have automated systems in place for everything you can think of. We can automate everything from your ordering system, to the delivery experience, to paying the couriers. Already have your own platform? No problem at all. We play well with everyone that wants to play with us! LOCAL BUSINESSES We are currently accepting a limited number of partners while we are in our pilot program. Service Request BECOME A COURIER We are looking for new couriers to join the team. Contact Us Do you have insurance? Yes. All of our drivers are independent contractors. They are independently licensed and insured. The company also carries a general insurance policy. Do I have to use your ordering platform and/or delivery app? No, you don’t. We can work with whatever system you prefer or already use. We play well with others and can customize our system to meet your needs and/or limitations. Can I hire you once to deliver something? No. We have a minimum monthly quota for all contracts. Also, in this stage, we are only contracting with corporate clients including businesses, nonprofits, institutions, and governmental agencies. Do you take POs or other types of prepayments? We do. You can contact us directly to discuss your specific needs with our financial department. How long will it take your couriers to deliver? Delivery times widely vary and depend on many factors. Generally we aim to deliver on-demand within 30 minutes of item reception. We have a reputation for speedy delivery that we are proud of. How much will a delivery cost? What's the average? Delivery fees vary greatly and are dependent on a wide range of factors. As a general range, you can expect to spend $5 – $25 per delivery. We will provide you with a customized quote upon request. If there is an issue, what to do? If the customer being delivered to has an issue, the merchant should resolve the issue directly. If the merchant has an issue, our customer service is always happy to help resolve. We aim for 100% satisfaction! How does invoicing, billing, and payment work? We do not collect payment from your customers. This should be done during your ordering process. We bill you for courier services on a monthly or biweekly basis depending on your order volume. We require a deposit before beginning services. The deposit varies based on your request. ACH is our preferred method of payment. GET A CUSTOM PLATFORM If you are interested, we provide web development services to develop a custom delivery platform or connect via API to your existing online ordering platform. This will allow you to send orders to our couriers in your very own custom app. Your customers will be able to track their assigned courier in real time and provide reviews, and you will get metrics and statistics… ALL WITH YOUR COMPANY BRANDING!
