The data is real and you can verify the authenticity by placing an order

I FORGOT THE PIN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


 * Decentralized wallet: This wallet is decentralized and operates without a
   central authority.
   
 * No custody by the platform: The platform does not charge your wallet,
   ensuring that you have complete control over your funds.
   
 * Irrecoverable if forgotten: If you forget your PIN, there is no way to
   recover it, as the platform does not hold any of your wallet information.
   
 * Limited attempts: You can try to enter your PIN 5 times within 24 hours.
   
 * Gradual recovery: Take your time and attempt to recall your PIN gradually to
   regain access to your wallet.
   

Remember to keep your PIN secure and note it in a safe place to avoid losing
access to your wallet.





IS MIXPAY SAFE? HOW TO MANAGE MY ASSETS?

MixPay is a decentralized payment protocol. MixPay doesn't escrow user's assets.
MixPay should be connected with wallets for use(read address only).
Assets will be settled into the user's wallet.
MixPay supports 4 accounts to connect:


 * MVM account.
 * Developer account.
 * Multi-signature account.
 * Personal account.
 * More info of the 4 accounts.




WHICH ACCOUNT SHOULD I SETTLE TO?

 * For personal/offline retail store use, we highly recommend you settle your
   assets into a Personal account , just a few clicks and you will get your
   payment QRcode/link. No code is needed.
 * MVM account is an EVM cross-chain account. You can log in with MetaMask. If
   you are a MetaMask user, you can select this account.‍
 * Developer account is used by developers.‍
 * If you are a DAO organization, or a company, settling into a Multi-signature
   account is a good choice.

You don't need to apply for it, Just follow the tutorial to use MixPay.
MixPay is free to use, with no registration, no KYC.MixPay will cover the fees,
the payee needn't  pay any fees.

THE TRANSFER AMOUNT IS LESS THAN THE ORDER AMOUNT. CAN I MAKE UP ANOTHER AMOUNT

No, transferring less than the amount will cause the order to fail. Please place
a new order.

If you haven't paid yet, just reopen a link to pay.
If you use Binance Pay or Mixin to pay, but the order fails, just wait a minute.

If you use an on-chain wallet to pay, please follow those steps to get your
assets back.
1. Download Mixin Messenger .

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I OVERPAID?

MixPay will only settle the amount you should have paid. The excess amount will
be kept for you.
Please contact us to retrieve it in the following ways:
1. Download Mixin Messenger
2. Search and add the bot: 7000104220.
3. Send a message with the transaction hash to this bot, informing you that you
need to retrieve your assets.
4. We will check and return the assets to your wallet

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THE INVOICE SHOWS PAYMENT FAILURE?


If you still need to pay, you can initiate a new payment. In addition, you can
contact customer service for a refund if you have already paid.





WHAT IS THE REMAINING PAYMENT TIME DESCRIPTION?


After selecting the payment method, MixPay will lock the payment rate for a
specific time, and there will be a countdown on the page for the remaining time
of the payment, after which you need to reacquire the new rate to complete the
payment.
We will continuously monitor the payment status on the web until 60 minutes
after the order shows a failure.





WHY CAN'T YOU REFUND IT DIRECTLY TO MY ORIGINAL ADDRESS?

If you paid for your order via Binance Pay or Mixin, the assets will be returned
in the same way.‍
If you transfer via an on-chain wallet, you will need to download Mixin first to
retrieve your assets, with the following benefits.
1. no additional gas fee.
2. no fees to re-pay.
3. Avoid the risk of wrong transfer.




MY INVOICE SHOWS "PENDING" AND SEEMS TO BE STUCK.


"Pending" status indicates that your transaction has been detected, but we are
still waiting for cryptocurrency network confirmation of the payment.
Once you see this status, there is nothing else you need to do. Please wait for
the payment result on this page. If you need to close the page, we recommend
bookmarking it first to view the payment result through this bookmark.
Transaction confirmation times depend on 1) the fee attached to the transaction
and 2) the load of the cryptocurrency network.
 Typically, transactions confirm within an hour but can take up to several hours
or even days if the fee attached needs to be more significant.





HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO COMPLETE THE ORDER?

 * For Binance Pay and Mixin Pay: Your order will be completed within 1 minute.‍
 * For on-chain transfer: It depends on the congestion of the network on the
   chain. Generally speaking, the order completion time is within tens of
   seconds to tens of minutes. We will always monitor the information on the
   chain. Once the transfer is detected, we will settle as soon as possible.




IS MIXPAY WALLET SAFE?

MixPay Wallet is a decentralized wallet with unique advantages compared to
traditional centralized wallets.  The following aspects highlight its distinct

1. Decentralization: Wallets rely on something other than centralized servers or
institutions to manage and store users' digital assets. This allows users
complete control over their cryptocurrency assets, avoiding risks associated
