TERMS & CONDITION

RSMLVTRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the contractual
relationship between RSMLVTravel (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and
the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for all travel-related
services provided by the Agency.

2. Booking and Reservation 2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and
confirmation by the Agency. 2.2 The Client is responsible for providing accurate
information during the booking process, including names, passport details,
contact information, and any special requirements. 2.3 The Agency reserves the
right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

3. Payments 3.1 The Client agrees to make payments as per the terms outlined in
the booking confirmation and invoice. 3.2 Any additional costs incurred during
the trip are the responsibility of the Client and must be settled promptly.

4. Cancellation and Refunds 4.1 Cancellation fees may apply as per the
cancellation policy specified in the booking confirmation. 4.2 Refund policies
for canceled bookings will be determined by the terms and conditions of the
respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). 4.3 The
Agency is not responsible for refunds or compensation due to factors beyond its
control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Travel Documents 5.1 The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary
travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccinations. 5.2 The Agency
may assist the Client with visa application services if requested, but ultimate
responsibility lies with the Client.

6. Travel Insurance 6.1 It is strongly recommended that the Client purchases
comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip
cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. The Agency
will not be held responsible for conveying policy terms and conditions based on
the plan purchased by the Client. Client is responsible for and encouraged to
directly communicate with the company in which the trip insurance was purchased.
The Agency will not be held responsible for client negligence in not
understanding the policy. The Agency is not a "seller of trip insurance" but a
3rd party supplier who is authorized to provide the product. (See below for more
details.)

7. Responsibilities and Liabilities 7.1 The Agency acts as an intermediary
between the Client and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels,
tour operators) and is not liable for any acts or omissions of these providers.
7.2 The Agency is not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses
incurred by the Client during their trip. 7.3 The Client is responsible for
complying with the laws, regulations, and customs of the destination country.

8. Changes and Modifications 8.1 The Agency reserves the right to make changes
to the itinerary, accommodations, or transportation if necessary, and will
inform the Client of such changes as soon as possible. 8.2 The Client may
request changes to their booking, subject to availability and any applicable
fees.

9. Complaints 9.1 Any complaints or issues during the trip must be reported to
the Agency or its representative as soon as possible to allow for prompt
resolution.

10. Governing Law 10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
Clark County, Nevada, USA, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Clark County, Nevada, USA.

11. Miscellaneous 11.1 These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by
the Agency at any time, and the Client is responsible for reviewing them
regularly. 11.2 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement
between the Agency and the Client, superseding all prior agreements or
understandings.

Travel Insurance Cont'd
A travel agent's role primarily involves assisting clients with various aspects
of planning and booking their trips, such as flights, accommodations, and
activities. While travel agents can provide information about trip insurance
options and help clients purchase insurance policies, they are generally not
responsible for interpreting the specific terms and conditions of those
policies.

Interpreting a trip insurance policy typically falls within the realm of the
insurance provider or the client themselves. Insurance policies can be complex,
and it's essential for travelers to read and understand the policy documents,
including coverage limits, exclusions, and claim procedures. If a client has
questions or needs clarification about their trip insurance policy, they should
reach out to the insurance company directly or consult with a qualified
insurance agent or broker who specializes in travel insurance.

However, some travel agents may offer general information about the types of
coverage provided by certain insurance policies or help clients navigate the
insurance company's customer service process. Still, they should not be expected
to provide legal or comprehensive interpretations of policy terms.

Ultimately, the responsibility for understanding and interpreting the trip
insurance policy rests with the traveler, and it's advisable for travelers to
review the policy carefully and seek clarification from the insurance provider
if needed.

By booking with RSMLVTravel, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms
and conditions.
