medication designed to suit your individual needs. We do not believe “one size
fits all” when it comes to medication. Our experienced pharmacists work closely
with healthcare physicians to achieve tailor-made treatment plans for each
individual through innovative and evidence-based clinical interventions.

ORDERING PROCESS

You can order your prescription online with us. After receiving your order and
once we sight your script, we will call you to complete a thorough risk
assessment, then finalise your order and collect payment details. We then begin
the process of compounding your script and making the necessary preparations.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR PRESCRIPTION

FILL IN THE ORDER FORM

Complete the order form with prescription details, including patient information
and delivery details.

UPLOAD YOUR PRESCRIPTION

You can simply upload a readable image of your prescription. You can call us if
you need assistance.

Send us your script today

PLEASE NOTE:

Following the laws outlined by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, we must receive
the original signed prescription before we can dispense/supply any prescription
medications.

Therefore, you must either:

* Bring in your original prescription with you when you collect your
medication, or:
* Send the original prescription to us via post. We strongly suggest Express
Post as it is faster, more reliable and it also provides you with tracking of
the delivery.

All products take two working days to compound and allow one to two business
days for delivery. We require a signature on receipt for all deliveries. For
further enquiries or any information please contact us at info@stenlake.com.au

WHAT IS COMPOUNDING?

COMPOUNDING IS THE ART & SCIENCE OF CREATING PERSONALISED MEDICATIONS

Compounded medications are prepared based on a practitioner’s prescription in
which individual ingredients are mixed together in the exact strength and dosage
form is required by the patient. This method allows the compounding pharmacist
to work with the patient and the prescriber to customise a medication to meet
the patient’s specific needs.
