spring, summer, and fall seasons. Days above 90 degrees Fahrenheit are rare,
with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s, making it perfect
for doing almost any outdoor activity.

St. Charles is considered an affluent community, and as such, the cost of living
can be relatively high compared to surrounding areas. Housing costs, in
