WHAT'S COVERED

The components covered by Nice Difference Care+ are too numerous to list
individually. In fact, we cover so many, from engines and transmission systems,
to driveshafts and brakes, that it’s simpler to tell you what’s not covered
under the plan rather than what is.

Note that uncovered components are mainly maintenance and body-related items,

UNADDRESSED PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

You're in the driver's seat when it comes to recommended repairs. While
pre-existing conditions aren't included in Nice Difference Care+, fixing them
activates immediate coverage for those components.


COLLISION

Nice Difference Care+ does not replace traditional insurance coverage.
Therefore, damage due to an accident is not covered by the service contract.


AFTERMARKET ALTERATIONS

Some aftermarket alterations are not held to important safety and maintenance
standards set by your vehicle manufacturer, so we cannot cover them under Nice
Difference Care+. See contract for complete details.


DAMAGED TITLES

Because we cannot confirm the safety, reliability or structural integrity of
branded titles (rebuilt, flood or salvage), they are not covered by Nice
Difference Care+.

What is a vehicle service contract?

Commonly referred to as an extended warranty, a vehicle service contract (VSC)
is an optional paid plan that helps cover automotive repairs after your
vehicle's factory warranty has expired.


In order to enroll in Nice Difference Care+, you will sign a vehicle service
contract.

Who should consider purchasing a vehicle service contract?

If you wish to avoid certian unanticipated expenses and get more life out of
your vehicle, you should consider purchasing a vehicle service contract.


If you tend to borrow money or avoid repairs altogether due to cost, a vehicle
service contract could be the best solution for you.


A vehicle service contract may also be the right option for you if you prefer
the convenience of regular repairs without large, out-of-pocket fees throughout
the life of your vehicle.

Why should I purchase a vehicle service contract for my vehicle?

A vehicle service contract (VSC) provides you with the peace of mind that if
your vehicle experiences a covered breakdown, you won't face surprise or large
out-of-pocket expenses. Not only does a VSC provide protection for your budget,
it protects one of your life's biggest investments, as the longer you keep your
vehicle and avoid costly repairs, the more affordable owning your vehicle is.


A VSC also provides additional convenience with roadside assistance, trip
interruption, car rental reimbursement and towing. Being backed by this coverage
also helps you to avoid making a difficult financial decision between whether or
not to repair your car to keep it safe and functional.

When we created Nice Difference Care+, we wanted to offer our guests a new type
of vehicle service contract that prioritizes transparency and fairness-an area
of opportunity our experts saw missing from the industry today. There are
several benefits to Nice Difference Care+ compared to other options on the
market. Some of these benefits include:


 * Requiring an Inspection First: Requiring an inspection upfront lets you know
   about as many coverage exclusions as possible before you purchase. This also
   gives you the opportunity to fix anything that needs to be repaired in order
   for those components to be included in your coverage.
   
   
 * Low Monthly Subscription Cost: We offer comprehensive coverage at a low
   monthly cost. No long-term contracts and no need for high-interest financing.
   
   
 * Protecting Vehicles for Longer: Nice Difference Care+ qualifies vehicles up

 * No Deductible for Veterans, First Responders and Active Duty Military at
   Christian Brothers Automotive: Nice Difference Care+ is proud to offer a $0
   deductible at signing for First Responders, Veterans and Active Duty Military
   Members.
   
   
 * Less Red Tape: By administering your vehicle service contract within the
   Christian Brothers Automotive family of companies, we’re able to reduce
   friction, making vehicle repairs easier for guests. This helps minimize the
   hassles and headaches of disqualified repairs and the typical delays in
   repair approval.
   
   
 * Included Oil Change Credits: We want to come alongside you as your partner in
   extending the life of your vehicle. An added benefit of Nice Difference Care+
   is a $50 Oil Change Credit every four months you are covered under the plan
   to help you in the regular care of your vehicle.
   
   
 * Lock In Rates & Coverage: Unlike other products available to you, Nice
   Difference Care+ allows you to not only keep your introductory rate
   throughout the life of your policy, but also the same level of comprehensive
   coverage, meaning your monthly cost won't increase nor will your coverage
   decline as your vehicle ages or accrues more miles.
   
   
 * Commercial Vehicle Coverage: While most other products surcharge or exclude
   commercial vehicle usage, as long as you disclose your commercial vehicle use
   upfront, and that use is not excluded from coverage, you can obtain Nice

   covered mechanical breakdown.

What does Nice Difference Care+ cover? What is not covered?

The average vehicle has 30,000 components. Nice Difference Care+ covers most of
them, with some exceptions.


Some coverage exceptions include damage caused by lack of
manufacturer-recommended maintenance, abuse, neglect, alterations from
non-approved manufacturer specifications, and salvage/flood or branded titles.

Is there a maintenance expectation to ensure my warranty stays valid?

In order to maintain your Nice Difference Care+ coverage, you must ensure that
your vehicle maintenance services are performed as recommended by your vehicle
manufacturer, as stated in your Owner's Manual. This includes maintaining: (1)
all fluid levels; and, (2) a record of your vehicle service history, including
any repairs or maintenance performed on your own.


To help you maintain your vehicle, Nice Difference Care+ includes a $50 oil
change credit for every four months of paid coverage for you to use to keep your
vehicle up to manufacturer standards.

If I buy a used car from an individual or a dealer, can I still purchase a Nice
Difference Care+ contract?

Yes, as long as the vehicle qualifies for coverage. Simply schedule a
preliminary inspection at any Christian Brothers Automotive location and we will
get the process started for you.

Are hybrid batteries covered? What about other batteries?

All batteries are considered a regular maintenance item and are not covered by
the vehicle service contract.

Is my vehicle qualified? / What vehicles are qualified or disqualified?

Most vehicles that are less than 15 years old and have less than 165,000 miles
will qualify, pending your mechanical inspection by a Christian Brothers
Automotive shop.


Some high-performance and exotic vehicles, along with those older than 15 years
with more than 165,000 miles, are excluded.

How much does it cost?

To enroll in Nice Difference Care+, you will pay a $285 registration fee, plus a
low monthly subscription cost. After registration, your policy is charged as a
subscription, meaning you can choose how long you want to keep coverage. This
monthly cost is determined by your vehicle class, age and number of miles. You
can pay monthly up until the point your car reaches 200,000 miles or is 20 years
old.


If you no longer wish to have coverage, you can cancel at any time for any
reason, free of charge.

Why a subscription?

A subscription plan puts you in the driver's seat of your policy. It offers
instant coverage and easy cancellation at any time, as well as the flexibility
to pay for coverage for as long as you want, regardless of the number of miles
you drive.

How does the claims process work?

Simply take your vehicle to the nearest Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA)
repair shop or any other licensed repair facility. Present your Nice Difference
Care+ warranty card or have them call 855-663-4500, and they will handle the
claim in tandem with our claims center.

What is a pre-inspection and why would I want to get one?

All vehicle service contracts include a “pre-existing conditions” exclusion
clause. Many other products on the market advertise no inspection when
collecting your payment, only to later deny your claims under this clause.


Nice Difference Care+ is different. With your initial inspection, we let you
know up front what we view as a pre-existing condition. From there you can
either choose to fix it in order to obtain coverage, or you can choose not to
fix it and simply know that component(s) will be excluded in your contract. We
believe that informing you of known coverage exclusions up front and offering
you the chance to repair any components in order to obtain coverage is a more
transparent and less frustrating way to do business.

What is the deductible? What does declining deductible mean?

The deductible refers to the dollar amount you are responsible for paying on any
covered repair invoice. Nice Difference Care+ offers a declining deductible,
meaning over the course of your first two years of coverage, your deductible
lowers until it reaches $0.


Deductible amounts are as follows:
0-6 months = $400 Deductible
7-12 months = $200 Deductible
13-24 months = $100 Deductible
25+ months = $0 Deductible


Nice Difference Care+ is proud to offer a $0 deductible throughout the life of
the contract for all Veterans, First Responders (Firefighters, EMT, Law
Enforcement), and Active Duty Military members.


The declining deductible only applies at Christian Brothers Automotive
locations. The standard $400 deductible applies at any other automotive repair
facility, regardless of the length of your contract.

Why aren't there other coverage levels?

Nice Difference Care+ offers comprehensive coverage for most makes/models and
removes the guesswork out of choosing the policy that best suits your needs.
Because we cover most components for one low, monthly subscription cost, you can
enjoy the peace of mind that comes when a covered breakdown happens, rather than
worrying if you purchased the right level of coverage in order to get it fixed.
This reduction in gray area removes frustration for both you and our teams at
our service centers.

Why is there a registration fee?

Because our subscription model allows you to opt out of the program at any time,
and we don't ask you to pay thousands of dollars upfront to start your coverage,
we charge a one-time registration fee of $285 to provide immediate coverage and
cover the costs associated with account setup and claims support.

Why do I need to create an account to purchase?

Creating an account helps us ensure you've completed your required vehicle
inspection. Additionally, your account will be your one-stop-shop to view your
