FAQS

How long will it take to deliver my order?

Once you have placed your order for tents, furniture & storage, camping gear in
NZ, or any other products, we process it immediately and attempt to dispatch it
the next working day. All the orders are sent via couriers and require the
receiver’s acknowledgment at the delivery time. This is usually only 1-4 days.

While we do our best to ensure that the products are dispatched on time, in the
case of an unlikely delay you will be notified with the expected delay period.

Are there hidden delivery & shipping charges while shopping for camping
equipment in NZ?

No, we maintain utmost transparency in all our business practices, including the
delivery and shipping processes. While shopping for camping accessories in NZ, a
standard shipping charge of $10 applies to orders below $150.00. Any purchase
above this qualifies for free shipping. Exclusions apply for large & bulky
items.

However, it is essential to note that the shipping charges may differ in case of
deliveries in Australia which are done on a case by case basis.

What is the category 5 mark on specific camping supplies?

The category 5 mark stamp is given to products that have been overseen by a team
of credible manufacturers throughout the production process and vouch for their
premium quality and performance.

This implies that when you purchase a category 5 product, you can rest assured
of best quality and long-lasting durability. However, it’s important to note
that our guarantee covers the purchaser against manufacturing defects and
defaults only. Any external damage caused due to outdoor conditions is not
covered by our guarantee.

Are there benefits to becoming a club member?

Yes, of course! There are multiple advantages to becoming a club member of one
of the best camping stores in NZ. Once you are a Dwights Club member, you’ll be
eligible for early access to our latest product ranges and enjoy great savings
during club only sales.

Also, you’ll be notified of all upcoming sales and availability of additional

How long is the return/exchange time for camping accessories in NZ?

We don’t believe in dissatisfying our customers in terms of product and service
quality. Hence, we offer a 30-day return policy in which you can place your
