Welcome to the DASCo Computing for Primary website.

The Dartford Area Schools’ Consortium (DASCo) has been established to support
collaboration between schools to enhance and improve the education, care and
welfare for Dartford children and young people.

Dartford as an area has a strong tradition of partnership working through the
schools cluster, the Local Children’s Services Partnership and the current Local
Children’s Trust Board which is very active in the district. DASCo builds on
this tradition and particularly seeks to represent the views of schools in
broader multi agency partnerships.

Our Computing Group has developed a bespoke Computing curriculum for Key Stages
1 and 2. We provide a yearly scheme of work, weekly lesson plans and an
assessment model for ensuring progress that is translatable in whatever specific
assessment structure each school has chosen.

The resources on this site are free to use for DASCo partnership schools.
Schools outside the partnership are welcome to apply for a yearly site licence
to use the plans and resources.
