Lomi Lomi
Is a traditional Hawaiian style of massage that is a form of spiritual healing.
Lomi lomi uses long strokes to relax your body and help get your mind into a
medatitive state. Lomi massage focuses on using forearms arms and elbows in full
body strokes to create immersive experience. It is all about flow and breath, to
help release emotional and physical blocks and tension. A lomi lomi massage is a
full body massage and includes underbody massage as well as elements or prayer
and energy work for a complete physical and spiritual experience. The client is
naked but covered with the utmost modesty and respect to maintain
professionalism and the comfort of the client at all times. The massage can be
relaxation or it can also be more deep tissue style with Thai massage style
stretching and hot stones can also be included on request

Cupping

Myofascial cupping focuses on our fascia ( connective tissue), as well as our
muscles and blood. The cups are used my placing them on knots or adhesions to
help create space between muscles, break down the knots and increase the blood
flow to the area. The cups can also be used to glide up and down the body,
cupping can also help reduce tension and scar tissue by helping to bring blood
back into the area and improve movement. Cupping is an invaluable tool for
people with big knots in the back, gluts, shoulders and even can be used to
treat conditions like plantar fasciitis. As well as helping reduce pain in
sensitive areas extremely quickly.

Relaxation massage 

Relaxation massage has a range of different benefits from improving blood flow,
immunity, helping your body to release happy hormones like serotonin and
dopamine. Relaxation massage not only helps with overall mood, muscle soreness
and range of motion but it also is so important for de-stressing and taking time
for yourself when we all live such stressful lives. It is so important for our
health to get back to our centre, ground and take time for self care.

The heat from the stones improves the blood flow throughout the body and can
help improve blood circulation, melt away tension and stress as well as help
with muscle spasms and improve flexibility. It will also assist your body in the
repair process and help move cellular debris and waste into the lymphatic system
which in turn improves the functions of the immune system. In turn this helps to
improve your mood, sleep and energy levels. It is also a great massage for
people who suffer from autoimmune diseases such as rhumetoid arthritis,
fibromyalgia. Over all hot stone massage is a beautiful style of massage which
encompasses mind, body and soul.

Deep tissue massage has a range of benefits for the mind, body and soul.
It can soothe and relive muscular pain, improve range of movement and stiffness,
relieve stress and tension and calm the mind and body. Deep tissue massage is
useful for a range of different conditions including general aches and pain,
injuries and scar tissue. It increases blood flow, reduces inflammation and
supports the body to heal injuries.

I from a young age have had an empathic nature and a calling to help others to
cultivate their mind, body and soul. By using Massage therapy and knowledge of
diet, yoga, dance, mindfulness and healing practices. I started my journey
working with clients in a remedial setting to heal from injuries but as my
journey has continued I couldn’t ignore the emotions and mental state of my
clients and how closely it was connected to lasting progress and results that
stemmed beyond the physical. My journey brought me to the spiritual healing
modalities of Lomi Lomi Massage and the beautiful spiritual foundation of the
traditional Hawiian culture. This paired with my love of my clients and care for
their well being has bought me a fullfilling life purpose and pride for the
beautiful work that can be achieved through holistic treatment.
