February 10, 2023 at 5:53 PM Hi Team, why is there a recommendation to replace fixed length text fields exceeding 450 Unicode characters with long text fields? I am referring to this page: https://help.relativity.com/10.3/Content/System_Guides/Environment_Optimization_Guide/Setting_up_your_workspace.htm#Fixed2 If I want to use an index on a text field, it is only possible to do so on a fixed length text field. Additionally, fixed length text fields have an upper limit of 4000 Unicode characters. What difference does it make if I use long text fields for the range of 450 to 4000 Unicode characters instead of fixed length text fields regarding performance and why is that? Is there a difference in how both fields are recorded in the database? February 7, 2023 at 3:19 PM Does anyone know how 'Skip' works in the Document Viewer? I only noticed it after entering the Viewer through a Queue I created. Does it skip the document and give it to someone else (another reviewer), or does it bring it back to the same reviewer at a later point? Yes, I am referring to Review Centre queues. May you clarify, when a document is skipped, say by 'reviewer one', the document simply goes back into the queue where it will be picked up by a different reviewer, i.e. 'reviewer two'? If this is the case, I have two more questions. Is it possible to ensure a skipped document eventually goes back to the same reviewer who skipped it? Or, if not, is it possible to disable skipping? Hi, I have noticed that there have been some UI changes to RelativityOne in the last few days. Things like the checkbox functionality to move searches between folder (rather than having to drag and drop), or the changes to how the left-hand Browsers/Search Condititions panels have changed. In the most part, they are welcome changes, the ability to select multiple searches and move them/copy them to folders is brilliant! However, I used to use a function when saving a search, where I could place the search directly into a folder of my choice. The updated UI doesn't appear to provide me with that option any longer? Is this just something that I am experiencing, or do others have this as well? If this was removed from the UI, is there a possibilty for it to be re-added? It was incredibly useful. Otherwise, we have to save searches and the move them about once saved, just adding more clicks and steps to our processes :). Thanks! As long as you select the folder within which you want to save the search when you click the Create new Search button, it will store it within that folder when you save the search. You can also right click the target folder and select New Search and the search will be stored there as well. February 9, 2023 at 6:06 PM Is anyone else having issues with Legal Hold Entities navigation? When I try to change the number visible results or scroll to the next page on the Entities list, my mouse pointer changes to the cross-hairs arrows and will not let me interact with the drop down to change the view from the default 25 to a larger number. The same thing happens when I try to go to the next page on the list either using the buttons or the box to type in a page number. Is anyone else having this issue? There are app hub partners that allow for pre-save actions, they can be found here. February 6, 2023 at 10:09 PM What are the differences in Active Learning Projects between Relativity Server and RelOne? I noticed a few difference between active learning projects that can be created in Rel Server vs. RelOne including the Review Field for Rel Server needs to only have 2 choices, index health can't be turned off for review queue in Rel Sever, etc. I was hoping to get a full list of differences between Rel server and RelOne for active learning projects. Thank you!
