The marcus evans financial training division is a market leading provider of
practical and interactive training courses, tailored to the specific

The course will take place virtually across 2 days, and will only include
participants from your company. We recommend a maximum of 25 participants to
ensure the training remains as effective and interactive as possible.

Meet your expert trainer

Douglas Bongartz-Renaud – FRM is owner and Director of Markets & Risk Solutions
Pte Ltd, a banking consulting and training firm based in Singapore. He has 35
years experience in banking in the areas of financial products, risk management,
and ALM, and recently completed 26 years with ABN AMRO in which he had a number
of senior roles including heading the global FX Derivatives, Interest Rate
Derivatives, Structured Products businesses and as head of the Bank’s Treasury,
Risk and Advisory.

Recent assignments have included Basel lll training for HSBC and other banks and
a seven month project for the IFC (World Bank Group) as treasury and risk
advisor at a large Asian bank.

In addition he provided ALM design and implementation assistance at a bank in
East Africa under an IFC sponsored assistance program. He also provides
consulting assistance to an Islamic bank in SE Asia and to a number of banks in
Indonesia as a part time SME for KPMG. 

Delivery platform

Live delivery 

The training is delivered live via GoToMeeting and delegates will have the
opportunity to interact with the trainer and other participants in real-time



Limited Seats

Helps facilitate group discussion in much the same way as if the training were
to be delivered face-to-face, allowing everyone the opportunity to participate



Modulated Programme

The training will be conducted across four 3 hour modules, which has proven to
be more far more effective than full day training based on previous trainer and
delegate feedback



On-demand catch up

If you miss a session, not to worry as we record the entire training and have
each module available 'on-demand' for you to watch before the next session
commences
