What should i do immediately after discovery of my damage?

Please be sure you and your family are safe and out of harms way, first and
foremost. Then call us to have us out for a complimentary evaluation of the
damages. Lastly, please safeguard any of your belongings that may have monetary
or sentimental value.

What should i not do immediately after discovery of my damage?

We recommend not getting your insurance involved immediately unless the damages
warrant you filing a claim.  After our evaluation we can work directly with your
carrier if need be.

Do I need to call my home owners insurance company?

Not immediately. If the costs to restore your home are significant then we can
assist you and your family with the claims process. This “hand holding” measure
is part of our Five Star Customer Service.


how much will this cost me?

Please let our team evaluate costs for you. We can provide a cost to get the
clean up started on site or shortly thereafter.  If your insurance is needed to
cover the damage then part of our customer service is to work along side your
insurance companies pricing structures in an effort to get your home put back
together for you.
